The architecture is perfect and one of a kind in the town. But food is really not up to the mark as compared to the price. Its boring in given prices.

Hola! Every time i got up to kfc for some better or good taste! But they always disappoints me, i always used to say them that i want thigh pieces chicken or gimme boneless pieces not much! But I don’t know what’s their problem even though sometimes they charged me extra for less boneless pieces but still they fills up the 9 pieces bucket with almost 7 boneless pieces of chicken! It is recommended just for their mighty zinger burger i guess or Kentucky burger! Firmly NOT recommended for their fried chicken!

Its just ok.. Sialkot KFC is losing its quality again. They have a good lobby.. They can better utilize it for outdoor sitting.. Make it more enjoyable and take precautions for bees

Place is tidy and contains good atmosphere but their Drive-thru service in Sialkot is too slow which they need to improve, overall their food qualoty is good.

I personally liked this place, I have visited many Fast food chains throughout the country during this covid situation and no doubt this was the most efficent staff I have ever seen. The atmospehere was really enjoyable, they had no sitting arrangements inside but for winter lovers its the perfect spot to enjoy cold and chilly atmosphere while enjoying yoir favourite meal.

Dont understand why their drive through was SO CHOKED EVEN AT 12 AT MIDNIGHT THAT IT GOT US 45 MINUTES TO FINALLY GET THE ORDER despite less people in waiting, they were taking just TOO LONG !Their average waiting time is also longer than other Fast Food drive throughs and I have seen people quarelling with them at the counters at Dine In regarding their SLOW SLOW SERVICE at one previous occasion.I had Kentucky Burger Meal.The burger bun was as cold as anything and the fried chicken inside was BURNING HOT and i ended up burning my palate because i couldnot anticipate such a huge temperature difference !Maybe start toasting your buns as well KFC and spare people burned mouths?They definitely need to improve their services and address complaints of delay at dine in and at take away as well !

KFC sialkot , i m not gonna compare with other cities because its not that much good .I mostly oders value bucket , some time pcs are dry simply very hard to eat and some time pcs are much oily simply no ones want to eat .

Kfc is best for dine in speciality in burgers and fried chicken in Sialkot city.

In my experience, this place has the best fried chicken in sialkot. The rest of the menu is also delicious with good customer service. The drivethro is slow at times and extremely slow at others. Hopefully in the future they can change this otherwise would recommend

Ordered twice on Food Panda both times my instructions were not followed. Visted a few days back the Kitchen was way too dirty and unclean. Never gave tissues with orders. My order was 4 Zingers and I waited for 20 mins I asked if my order is ready. He went back to check and said Sir sorry your order was not received please wait for 20 mins more.Worst experience.

Unprofessional staff.. no matter how many times you tell them to make your order fresh due to past bad experiences they would tell you they have forwarded your request but always you get terrible third class order.. the burger buns are hard chicken is always cold and oily, fries seems like fried hours back.. terrible terrible experience twice.. would never go back.. not even if it is for free.

Visited the place and use drive thru facility. Courteous and co-operative staff. Tasted zingaratha. It was fine.

I wanted to rate three due to three things, firstly my chicken was literally dripping oil, secondly every time I tear open any chicken pieces I see unclean meat inside and lastly their cleaning guy smelled really bad as if he hasnt washed uniform from weeks but Im rather leaving four star due to their more flexible new menu, improved new interiors and better staff at counter. Besides that its always lovely to park in their spacious parking lot. If youre not picky for chicken quality then it may overall be a reasonably good experience.

They have spent on ambience but unfortunately food quality of this big name is declining.......
