Restaurant building is good... best for photography... food quality is not that good... over all fine

V Mall is amongst the best shopping places in Sialkot and all restaurants in the area mostly do a good business. Mei Kong is quite a spacious restaurant with seating on two floors. Ambiance is just average, nothing that might attract a person with good aesthetics. Food is average though their Chef Special Soup is very good. Service needs to be more responsive.Rates area reasonable and it will cost you around 1000 to 1200 per head. There is sufficient parking space available, however, on weekends, you might not get parking space nearby. There is no valet parking available.

I tried the lunch buffet. It is really worth the food. I would give 5 stars if they had better desserts. Desserts were the only downfall in the whole experience.

Found a big hair embedded in their cheese Nan. Understandable that it could have been a mistake but the manager himself was quiet unapologetic about it, as if he was endorsing their unhygienic ways. Attaching evidence as well. Pathetic behaviour and service !

Food taste is very delicious, only service is not good. They even dont know how to treat the guest, you have to find the table at yourself and then no one will come to you. Its insulting. Not even once it happens all the time

Starter was good, but Ive never had sweet Chinese food.It almost taste like they add sugar to it. Their food isnt Chinese..

Went there for lunch buffet. Place is okay, but food was not up to the mark. Most of the buffet items were replaced by a cheaper alternative to fill in, salad bar and snacks like dahi bhallay were empty and refilled only once in two hours and upon repeated requests. Margarita was mostly just water and whatever was available was not light on the taste buds.This is not a very good place, i hope there are good alternatives in Sialkot.

Food was served well in time however quality was not upto the mark as i was expecting from all mei kong branches,its only Chinese restaurant in sialkot but not as good as it hve to be, their chef need to improve the taste. Waiters requires a little bit professional etiquettes

Mekong Restaurant Sialkot is a good restaurant. It has impressive look. A spacious dining hall, comfortable furniture and well maintained inner look. Lighting and temperature of dinning hall are appropriate. Food is good with respect to taste and the quantity and can be considered a good pay out of your expenses.Drinking water is not of any international but of local brand. However the staff is not well trained. You will have to call many times before your order is placed. Either the staff is less or they are not well trained to work as a team. They dont produce good impression in your mind from start till you leave the restaurant. Even tissue papers or napkins are asked to be provided. I consider that only few will wish to visit again.

Taste Was Good. But Tables mats Was not clean have stains of gravy on it.. they never change for new table servings. Disappointed see that kind table serving... you cant enjoy having dinner on dirty table cloth. With gravy stains.

Quality restaurant with quality stuff ... service is also good but they tried to serve us green tea in disposable cups which should not be happened in such high quality restaurant. .. however against our complaint to duty manager they apologized. .. rest is history now

Place is fine but food quality needs to be improved.We ordered lamb chops, chicken tandoori , A chicken handi and few more things and only handi was Good.Last time i tried there steak that was not good at all too.

Nice Buffet and food but they dont know how to cook Mutton in Buffet their selection of Meat in mutton very poor

Food was ok, but discovered a piece of rubber in my food. I had to prove that i found rubber in my food rather than managment would say sorry. There was too much noise of pushing chairs and tables for arrangments. This resturant has two major issues. First is very very unprofessional staff & 2nd is family privacy issue. I complaint to managment twice, no one even bother to do something on my issue. That was my first and last visit to this resturant. I am unable to recommend anyone for this resturant.

Great Experience today ! The management was impressive and consistant, the food was great and they even replaced some food and gave us complimentary green tea which was also very good! I am definitely going here again!5 stars for the employees as well.

Mekong is the name of a river in China, they slightly changed the spelling to sound it more fluent.After successful openings in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Lahore, Meikong now opens in Sialkot. Beautiful interior Decorations gives you a wonderful feeling as you enter the restaurant. Food is very delicious and presentation is outstanding. If it was only for the interior & food I would have given five star rating but their prices are on a higher side.So Four Stars from my side. Overall its a good addition to the city.
