Located in cantonment area. It has good fitness equipments and latest machine for exercises and body building.

Its located inside Sialkot Cantonment and is the best gymnasium in Sialkot. It has all necessary equipment and machines. It is basically for forces but its membership is open for everyone. Its closed on Sundays. Morning timings till 4 are for ladies and then till 9 for gents.
