3rd class service, not recommended. Never answer the call to update shipment status. Never gonna use this pathetic service next time. Even Leopard Courier is much better than their services. We did document attestation through leopard, whenever call they update status,Here the reason to call is their parcel tracking is not efficient put different details than actual shipment.

Tcs is best in poor services. If you want to lost your parcel then use services of TCS.

Sialkot unit of TCS is poor in services due to mismanagement. Peoples were running here and there without proper guidance. However staff was trying to help. No one never receives phone call. All you do, takes risk and chance.Your sent or received fragile items may be broken due to mishandling.

Rubbish. Phone number mentioned there doesnt work. There is no way to reach out to them if in case our parcel gets missing. These jokers have no customer service and no help desk. Incompetent under qualified staff is another problem with them.

My experience went quite bad....as they didnt meet the delivery date...the delivery that was to be made within 21 days....they delivered after 35 days....that was a document meant to be attested from MOFA.
