I think good halva and puri, no doubtI can believe they used pure butter ghee, puri was v crunchy, need to furnishings this place, little bit more clean

For the taste alone!100 years old this year the establishment probably has the best halwa I have ever tasted the people are courteous and work like machine. Poori and chana are to kill for with a simple menu thats lasted generations. Hygiene could get some attention and looking after in the seating area. Take away and you will be happy though.

Luckily situated at the same road, where Hazrat Allama Iqbal was born and spend his early life.... Iqbal Manzil still stand high and visitors may visit that place on allowed timings....

Delicious halwa Puri. I wish they start serving tea and lassi as well. Keep tissue papers with you as halwa is very oily.

Good experience with delicious halwa Puri.Price is bit higher.And they need to improve the recipe as the halwa is too much oily and sweetened as if if one is consuming a bowl of oil with sugar syrup.They should include in their menu at least naan, tea and lassi to make it a complete breakfast package

The best Halwa Poori not just in Pakistan but in the whole world. I’ve tried almost all the places in Sialkot, quite a few in Lahore and most in East London but none comes even close to the taste and quality of Hassan Din. The Halwa is the jewel in the crown; so soft that it melts in your mouth like fresh cream and wouldn’t fill you up after 8-10 spoons as you would expect from Halwa. I haven’t been there for almost a decade as now I live in London but would love to go there on Sunday feasting on this traditional specialty whilst watching rickshaws and people passing by outside.
