This is an old name in Sialkot. This was maybe the first modern, large-scale departmental store that opened up. Pehchaan still maintains its quality and range of products. If anything, theyve only improved with time. With big brands like Alfatah opening up nearby, we should buy local and support local businesses. Its in Cantt, near Ghanta Ghar, Saddar Bazaar and Mall of Sialkot.

I had few bad experiences with Pehchaan Department Store. The problem with the management of Pehchaan is they dont remove expired products from the aisles.This Ramadan I purchased a Meadow Butter and when I reached home I got to know it was already expired.Pehchaan management has already pasted a big and bold message in their store about CUSTOMERS SHOULD CHECK THE PRODUCTS EXPIRY DATE BEFORE BUYING, THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT NEITHER BE RESPONSIBLE NOR REFUND THE MONEY AGAINST EXPIRED PRODUCTSThis shows how much serious they are about their customers.
