If ur looking for food, dry goods and branded products this place will give you a good value for your money.
Convenient shopping mall with various stores for clothing and food
Good shopping centre adjacent to MTR and buses. Large City Super, M &S. Many restaurants.
Hub of famous shops and stores of all kinds!
New town plaza restaurant westernise food style etc. yummy
One of the most popular shopping mall in HK
New Town Plaza very quiet Clean , rush hour between 5-6 PM
Upbeat and lots of things to browse.
I like the fact that it doesnt have any luxury brands here, only shops that you would actually want need to purchase from.
The mall is enormous and thus hard to find the place I am looking for..
Huge, busy, sprawling into a bunch of other malls. Standard western mall with the same brands and prices youd see anywhere in the world. Come chill in the AC but Im sure you could have done this any time at home. The redeeming qualities are the sheer number of restaurants, the connection to the cultural center, library, the train station, Snoopyland, Yata, and aforementioned connection to other malls.
Shoping
Bought a computer here. A little bit pity the coffee shops (including Starbuck) opens at 10am. Would be great if they can make it earlier like 7am.. The Peanuts park is good but nothing too attractive.
Big shopping mall where you may have many choices for different products.
Large shopping mall including huge number of fine restaurant and high end brands
Very big and best place for shopping any kinds of things.
Nice mall in shatin, just that too many tourists and hard to find a place to stay rest
Huge shopping centre with a variety of stores you can pretty much find what you want here. Top floor is mostly dining
A happy chinese new year and a nice decoration Celebrating year of 2019 chinese new yearNEw town plaza shopping mallSeing this a cute letter made in woodsArts making by a little girls....Saying how they express there feelings this this year.
It is the biggest and busiest mall in Shatin. It is also very crowded, especially on holidays.
Very big and connect to bus station, mrt.many access to go there
Great shopping paradise for high end to budget shoppers found over the few interconnected shop floor.
Tried the Red Bean Soup. Highly recommended
Great place for shopping with lots of shops and restaurants. Phase III is currently under renovation but surprisingly, it provides clear directory to guide you to your destination. However, the mall is extremely busy, packed with tourists and locals. Recommend to go on weekday.
Big opening space with lots and lots of stores. You can find anything you want. But it is too crowded during weekend
Big Mall, good for shopping
One of the biggest shopping complex in the New Territories. The new City Super is better than the one in Causeway Bay.
Cool detective Pikachu stand
High standard shopping mall
Nice
Big brands, designer shopping and premium restaurants. Good if you want to splash the cash, but sales people are very pushy in this mall, expect to be approached and pushed for a sale within 5 seconds of looking in the store or window. Well connected to MTR Sha Tin. Snoopy World is on the roof and is cute, though needs a bit of a clean up but is still worth a visit! Great for a quick shop and this mall has everything, including a restaurant. Currently, part if the mall is undergoing reconstruction but even with that theres still lots of places to wander and check out.
Good
Still crowd
Its the biggest mall in the region. Its been undergoing gentrification over the past few years. Local unique shops are being replaced by luxury chains. Car park is big but fills up quickly, and is expensive.
Many restaurants you can choose ,many international cuisine. Also many famous chain store and baby and kids clothes you can shop before or after your meal.
Wow . Brand new plaza... Targeted towards the Chinese tourist who come across the border.... All brands stores present.. location is fantastic. Take the train to sha tin... Thats it...Your done.
Very busy and crowded from late morning when I visited just before Chinese New Year. Expect people there with suitcases, shops filled with shoppers and wonderful smells of baked goods as you go through the MTR gates into the plaza. There is a little play area for kids outside but this is quite dated.
Very good mall with lots of good brands. Have very good promotional offers for luxury skin care brands. Purchased Estee lauder skin care set at more than half off the price
Consists of high end fashion shops. You can find maja, Sandro, Zara, coach, longchamp those kind of shop. They also have a snoopy land right next to it. Good to kill time.
My go to mall with lots of stores to get just about everything under the sun and connects with bus stops, train stations, cinema, snoopy world, some Michelin* restaurants, foodies will have lots of options. Just outside is a the library and take a bridge walking along the river scene. You can even exchange foreign currency, but payout is low. I missed the old musical fountain.
Great place for shopping!Comforatble and cozy though crowded with shoppers!More, fine diners can be found anywhere in the mall.I spend a whole day lingering up and down the place and still find it really enjoyable!
One of the more comfortable malls to walk around in without feeling like its too crowded. Also the wide range of shops gives you a lot of options.
Lion dance at Chinese New year
Big Shopping centre very good . Many BIg shop standby here. Transport famlier and convenient.
If you are coming for high-end cosmetics and skincare, do not expect good service from the beauty advisor salespeople. If you are coming for branded goods, go to more spacious malls like Festival Walk instead. This place is way too crowded.
Center center of the Shatin! New look every year! Well connected by MTR at L3. Week day noon is quiet but evenings and week ends are packed with shoppers. Many consumer and food brands to choose. Amazing mall!
Its easy to go around the place, convenient, but sometimes feel like the mall is kind of small.
Big shopping mall filled with lots of different shops, mostly mid to high end brands. Food is decent and the ma itself is fairly straightforward to navigate.
Interesting place to visit for children in the garden but quite crowded on holidays
It is a mall with the usual big brands. There are lots of Chinese tourists. Food selection in the mall is good.
Theres a nice park and such a good transportation from kowloon to china.
This place is big.. A lot of shopping, restaurants and sometimes has an event. They put a lot of decorations for some events very entertaining..
If you love to shop they have a wide variety of almost any need u may have, ample parking 500 dollar purchase gives u 3 hours of parking must use credit card
Huge mega mall.. Including a cineplex. Everything you need for your living and lifestyle under one roof.. Just an amazing place ️
This is a wonderful shopping place for all walks of life! Enjoy your time!
Fantastic shopping centre that has got everything one needs:Shops, restaurants, supermarkets, department stores, banks, etc. It has easy and covered access to the railway station and bus terminals as well as all neighbouring shopping centres. It is fully air-conditioned. Very well located but car parking could be a problem though.
Lovely shopping mall! With a Snoopy land thats great for kids! they have a really nice baby facility for changing and feeding babies! Only down side is this place is bloody PACKED with people!
Jade Garden
Connected to the railway from the Chinese border to the Kowloon peninsula. This is the first big shopping mall for upscale goods when coming from China. The place is visited (overrun?) by mainland Chinese who come for shopping day trips. Many shops cater to the needs of these mainland Chinese, who bring their own culture with them. There are many chain shops for fashion, outdoor activities, white goods, electronics, shoes, leather goods, cosmetics and such.Mobile phones, novelty goods, services (laundry etc.) can be found in three connected simple malls to the left (when coming from the train station). Ample choice of restaurants covering many Asian cuisines. Not the fine dining variety, but solid fare that does not need high skilled chefs on the premises.Plenty of lifts, escalators, toilets and a parking lot. Close to IKEA. There are two bus hubs connected.
Nice mall and shops. They can speak English also. The bus station is downstairs and subway is towards the front. Little options for food though. Not that many restaurants for such a huge space.
The mall is absolutely great with choices of shops and restaurants available. The one thing I dont really like is the access to the mall from the bus station.
Very crowded, but wide variety of makeup and clothing stores. Theres Yata, a department store as well. With the recent opening of their cinema, New Town Plaza is definitely worth revisiting.
Good shopping mall with choices of shops and restaurants, but too many tourists with their luggage!
Its a good place, but honestly too many mainland tourist
Good environment, well decorated, toilet facilities are well organized and clean
For a boy who grew up around Shatin, this shopping center have TONS of childhood memories for me. The musical water fountain, the BIG attain inside the McDonald..... but not anymore. It’s now filled with 95% mainland Chinese shoppers with their luggage’s. And most of all, the shops have changed to suit the needs of the mainland shoppers with all BIG brands and stuff! TBH, I really hated this place now, really missing the good old Shatin New town Plaza
This place is losing its shininess when the shops and design are well chosen to maximize the profit. Other than that I can still find one or two interesting shops for their own needs.
Look for Montblanc shop, this shop here has great price on pens.
Nice place to shop around
Excellent toilet despite staff rarely cleaned itHas hey tea and line fd store
Nice architecture structure that no one really cares :)
Excellent shopping mall in downtown Shatin. Plenty of car park (payable), branded shops, restaurants, cinemas. Recommended but do shop during the week, extremely crowed over the weekend
It was a very nice shopping mall for residents in the past, but now it only serves Chinese tourists and neglect the needs of local residents. The mall now is full of Chinese tourists. They are not really polite. I only pass by this mall for MTR station, bus terminal and library now.
Shopping mall is very spacious with a wide variety of shops and restaurants . There is a car park and spending at the mall gives free parking. Being in the center of Shatin town, locals love to wander around here as their pastime and a place for everyday shopping.
Very crowded on weekends and evenings, but has a good selection of brand shops and nice restaurants. The bottom level of phase 1 near the town hall has some reasonable restaurants and there is also a City Super store close by.
Good place to do shopping, but very long queue for the car park.
One of the most popular malls in the city.
Really nice mall with wide range of goods, restaurants and services mainly catering for the middle of the market. A lot of the shops are Japanese related. The place is baby friendly and change facilities. It is always crowded so be prepared.
Very good
Absolutely the best mall, just a tad bit of Chinese tourists
Our favorite Hong Kong/Sha Tin shopping complex. Everything you need in one place - hotel, supermarket, department store, specialty shops, restaurants and food courts. Real HK living/shopping experience in a contemporary setting.
There are great shops and good restaurants. It is though crowded being on the blue line MTR coming from LoWu and Lok Ma Chau with people comingcoming from China to shop. Got noisier and noisier .
The big shop and dine mall that located at the heart of Shatin district, which composed of 3 phases. Crowd of people is always find in this area but you can find lots of fun here! You can reach here by simply taking metro (East bound)!
There are a lot of shops. However, it is very crowded and noisy, especially in holidays.
Nice place to go shopping and chill out in Kowloon Bay.
Have a nice day here with my fam.
Swarmed with mainland Chinese and their suitcases getting in the way. Impressive mall, but the clientele lets it down. Really easy to get to as its connected to the MTR. Nice park nearby too.
Brillant! Here have a lot shops here, so suitable all of the world of people. And also trendy fashion and delicious restsurant. Then, you can park your in here , Not weekend usually $18 all right , I think this price is cheap. You can the VIP , it is free, Then you will have a lot of rewards.
Great amount of stores and goods, but too much traffic. Still a great place to shop with food courts and all.
If you looking the place for eating that I will like say is good choice for you to enjoy it. But if you say it is the best place? I will like to say you do have the better choice.
A lot of people doing their shoping all the time
