Below average branch. It was day time. Inside restaurant lights were off and it was dark. When asked they replied that theyre only offering take away and outdoor dinning because of covid-19. I dont understand the point, dining is dining regardless of in or out. So they set us table outside. They were supposed to take the payment inside while taking the order instead they took the order. Served us the food which was also just average and then one of their guy was sitting outside beside our table so that we wont leave without paying them. I was really disgusted by this.

Bad taste. Rates are so high for mineral water(Rs.159/1.5litre). Regular Cold drink rate is 120 for 1 glass. 1 medium.pizza and bill also include Rs.177 sales tax. What the fun...is pizza coated with silver...are pizza hut drinks(Pepsi,Fanta,7up) contains any gold water instead of carbonated water... FBR should check their invoices for sales tax.... Pepsi Company also check their drinks what is the new formula in the drinks... strongly not recommended for visit ...

Poor pizza no taste no management

I think Pizza Hut’s standard is falling low day by day. The salad bar was almost empty . The staff was busy joking around among themselves.There was no hot sauce or ketchup served. The staff doesn’t bother to give you plates when you are having your salad . The senior management should take notice of the declining standard of Pizza Hut

Substandard pizzahut we are having here in our city, under staff, empty salad bar (when asked they poured tins of corn and pineapple in the tubs) ,horrible pasta , no salad dressing.The guy who seems to be the manager he was super nice though ,he accepted the mistake and gave me complimentary garlic bread. I think they are managing in what they get from their superiors (seems to me that they have no interest in running this outlet ) .Again pizzahut Pakistan should have to take notice of this,thus improving the quality and standards.

Worst salad ever, they asked me to give fresh salad that was in fridge when I came back home opened it. That was the not fresh looked like a day or two old. Disappointment

4 star because i have to said something valuable like everyone have different thinking like some people don’t them as staff no good someone said like taste or other professionally many thinks but i WANT SAID KEEP USING THIS PLACE AND TELL THEM ON FRONT WHATS YOU FEEL BAD I THINK THATS IT

The staff is non professional and try to give fake receipts in order to reduce tax cost...The food quality is also not good.They placed wrong address as (str 90, Sirgoda) instead of str 92, Sargodha , on the payment bill.

Lack of professionalism. Service wasnt too good as compare to other big cities. Second thing is the pizza was a little bit smelly. They served soft drinks in plastic glasses which was too annoying.

Service ladies were irritatingly clingy. They suggested their special Creamy Melt pizza which was a disaster. The pizza was covered with a layer of oil, and smelt like Daal Makhni sort of stuff. Nothing enjoyable in the pizza at all. The focus of the staff is on show off and dramay baazi instead of quality food. They asked us to fill an online survey, took our cell phone to set the password of internet, and then filled the entire survey themselves giving Excellent rating to every question. Never going back to this place ever again.

I thought they would still deliver the order as it was placed successfully but no one came. Such a horrible experience ordering for first time, never will i ever go to Pizza Hut ever again. The outlet was not up to the mark as used to be in Lahore and Islamabad, but i was glad to see they are operational in Sargodha after all. I found the taste a little bit different, believe me the taste of the bottled ketchup was awefull having really a bad taste. So I asked the lady to provide ketchup separately.
