I recently was in the market for a new TV and TV console. After researching the TV that I wanted on consumer reports, I compared the prices of Kusels, Walmart, and Amazon, Kusels had the exact same price as others. I was thrilled as it is so important that we support our local businesses where the money circulates in our county instead of being sent back to a big corporate office. In addition, I found a wonderful console, thanks to Kusels for being in our community!

Just the worst customer service experience with the people here. They were not helpful at all & seemed happy that I said I felt like they didnt want my business so I will take it else where. I wont ever do business here ever again.

After getting jerked around by gimics and misleading sales tactics by an out-of-town furniture gallery, we decided to check with the locals. Kusels was straightforward and walloped the bigger gallery with discounts of $500 off each piece of furniture when the other guys were only willing to offer us $20 off each piece. Shop local. You wont be disappointed.

Super awesome staff. Turned out the mattress I picked was too firm but they took it back with a full refund. Incredibly happy with the service! They were easy and positive to work with!

Went in to buy a washer and dryer. Everyone was very friendly. Denise really did a great job in helping us pick out exactly what we needed and made us comfortable with our purchase. Its an old school, family store shopping experience, will definitely shop there again!

Great one experience

I visited Kusels and purchased a refrigerator on June 10, 2014 and purchased a refrigerator which had to be special ordered. July 4th weekend....houseful of guests....no refrigerator! Called Kusels, nice young woman answered and said she would get back to me that day........three days later, no call. Left message on answering machine...no reply. Called again and whoops, thought Larry called. Finally received delivery of refrigerator and there was no icemaker. Promised to deliver and install icemaker. Two weeks later no icemaker....called Larry....on backorder...will have it out next week. After five weeks of driving to a C-store for ice I ordered an icemaker online.In my opinion, this is poor customer service. I have purchased washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher from Kusels in the past and had sterling service. Have recommended friends and acquaintances to use Kusels rather than Home Depot because prices were competitive, service was satisfactory and business was kept local (as local as 75 miles away can be considered). I have made my last purchase from Kusels and have made my last recommendation. Wonder why people use Home Depot or drive 200+ miles to buy appliances? I think I know why.
