Good residential property but it will take time for its full development. Right now only roads are constructed. There is one negative point that its too far from city.

A very beautiful and best designed housing society having boulevards along with plenty plants both sides.a big fountain 260 feet long dancing fountain,childrens park and much more.

Location, Roada, Security is best. But underground water is not fit. Plots are expencive with only file system and no registery whoch makes it unfavourable to purchase by locals

In September 2017, I visited the Royal Orchard Sargodha, but was disappointed to know that in open market file rates are very less as compared to the Society set rates. I had purchased a 5 Marla installment file for 27 lacs and paid 10.8 lacs within a year but when I went there in the open market rates for 5 marla files with much better locations were around 23-24 lacs. I feel these builders suck our hard earned money and give us no result.I tried to sell the file but found no dealer to make this re-sale for my file as there is no buyer in the market. I heard the Society has some land issues with the original owners of the land. Feel very bad about this society since then. Good luck for the others.
