Mall of Sargodha is a shopping mall still under construction situated at University Road Sargodha. The University Road previously called college Road has become congested from Kalyar town to pull 47 Chowk due to conversion of residential area into commercial area. The Mall of Sargodha near pull 47 din Muhammad colony and opposite Muradabad colony and also in the vicinity of another mall already functional. I am afraid that due to congestion and business activities in this area , university road has become unable to carry the load of traffic and traffic jam has become a usual trend. Mall of Sargodha has been erected on the road and no space for parking in front of it has been provided. I am surprised how the MC approved its construction plan in violation of building bye laws and without keeping in view futuristic requirements.However I will be an addition of Mall in City but still it will take more than 2 years to be fully operational. It would be worth mentioned that reall Estate is so costly that common man can not purchased a piece of land even for construction of house. Land is more costly as compared to provincial capital markets and residential societies.
