This is for the cafe inside. Do not be fooled by the small area. Food is VERY GOOD. You get A LOT for your money. Very reasonable prices. The fresh made Naan are the size of a frisbee. They’re HUGE.. Kabob order was plentiful! This is my new place.

I have been coming to this store and restaurant since I went to college in Dallas 18 years ago. I now live out of state but still visit this location when I visit every other month. As a Bangladeshi I appreciate the availability of all the groceries they offer especially the halal meat variety. We often get Hilsa fish from here and they cut it for us. The store is old so it does appear a little run down but not dirty in my opinion. The small eatery seems to be busy all the time. I remember buying their $2.99 Chicken Biryani back in the day when I was a college student, it was delicious and affordable and was a great portion. We had Haleem from there this weekend which was good. We also had Rohu Fish Bhuna and Daal. The daal was Chana Daal so not exactly the masoor daal we were expecting but it was tasty nonetheless. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting Bangladeshi food, not Indian or Pakistani per se. I am giving it 4 stars because there was no sink to wash hands by the main eating place other than the rest rooms. I think that would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, we ended our meal with Chaa (milk tea) and it was made just the way I like it. Restaurant service was good and portions were great.

Just stopped in to try Indo Pak for the first time. I ordered chicken biryani for $6.99 and there was only 1 small piece of chicken in the whole biryani. I ordered chicken 65 and the meat tasted chewy and old. I also got butter chicken which tasted bland and watered down. The chutney (Rita) also was very watered down. Only decent thing from this place was the naan. This place had flies flying all around the food. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

This is a great store for all sorts of Indian grocery, starting from spices to pulses and other products. Being a fish lover, I found a wide variety of desi fish there. They also sell halal chicken and meat, which is a bonus for halal food consumers. The price is reasonable. My only regret was, I wish their produces were fresh. The greens were not really green, and the other vegetables looked getting dried up. It was a true disappointment. But for my meat and fish shopping I will keep going to Indo Pak all the time.

I know this Supermarket Since the time it is open. it is very disappointing to see on web. they call Indian Grocery store and the owner is Bangali. Also the name is Indo Pak. I never seen Indian (Hindu) own places call Pak Indo Grocery or Indo Bangli Grocery or Restaurant. In the Kitchen the Hygiene and cleanliness is not up to the standard which is should be. Specifically during this COVID-19. it is all about formality just showing that they put out the signs and things like that but naturally these Desi places are not a clean places. They do not use proper cleaning products. It s always lacks sanitation. Yes Peoples who work there are friendly.

Hi Everyone - This is the second time within 2 months that the there are henna cones produced with black henna that caused an allergic reaction like hives, blisters and rashes. The outcome looks like a SHARPIE! The characteristics of the botched henna is: almost immediately the henna numbs your hand with a cooling sensation, tingling/numbing sensation, the henna has a slight green tint, the henna has an overpowering smell of arnica/menthol. If this happens to you, please dont continue applying the henna. TELL THE HENNA ARTIST TO STOP!!Ive already reported and submitted the batch to FDA and Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Henna Cone is Purple and Blue labels, and unfortunately the Henna artist called the store and asked about the freshness prior to purchasing and was given assurance that they were okay. The Richardson store that the cones were bought from refuse to take the cones out of rotation. So Im warning you in advance.

After giving the invoice numbers, Mrs J recognized and acknowledged errors in the balance amounting to 9 dollars. She refused to compensate me on the phone, rather telling me to come all the way to Richardson for a return of the overcharge. This was not reasonable and rather I requested to speak to her supervisor so that this may be resolved. She declined my request. Instead, she stated that the company policy requires my return to the store with said items to be verified, telling me it was the customers responsibility to check the receipt before leaving. This was found nowhere on the receipt. According to the store policy written on the receipt, no exchange or refund after 7 days without invoice. Dairy, vegetables, frozen, and utensils not returnable. As clearly can be seen, nowhere does the policy state the customer must go all the way back to the store for resolution, contrary to Ms Js claims. With the acknowledgment of Mrs Js confirmation of the mistake and flat out refusal of allowing me to speak to the supervisor or owner, as well as objecting my taking photos of the receipt to be emailed her. This strikes me as a place of dishonesty and violation of business ethics. As you know, there is a city wide lockdown in effect due to the dangers of consumers going into the public. Yet the concerns for my well being as an at risk individual were completely disregarded, as Mrs J demanded my return all the way to the store to verify the errors that they made, after already confirming it over the phone. This easily could have been resolved by other means without risking my health or exhausting time, gas, and effort to make the drive all the way to the store. I was forced to compensate an individual to make the drive in my place so that the items may be returned

Lovely, helpful staff here. This is a somewhat small, but very complete grocery specializing in hard-to find near- and far-Eastern rice and noodle varieties, a unique meat selection, fresh fruits and vegetables, spices, fiery-hot, delicious condiments and more. Youll find the customer base is primarily from the other side of the world and as such the atmosphere is especially warm and welcoming. I prefer the long, leisurely drive from near downtown Dallas along Greenville Avenue to this location in Richardson. (Easily accessible via 75, too!) Staff members are easy to spot in store vests, and are ready to help you find that elusive ingredient for your next culinary adventure! Happy exploring.

I have been a regular customer for a long long time. The main draw for me is the cheap cafe food(price wise) not necessarily taste or cleanliness wise. But even that is changing now as they have jacked up the prices on Chichen Biryani by a dollar. 40 cents on Samosas and 40 cents on Chicken patties. Prices are higher compared to Subzi mandi or World food stores, near by.
