Buss was Comfortable as 2004 not according to 2020 manners.. When i bought ticket online it shows that headphones chargers wifi available but non of them is working. LCDs are out of order Its wonder that why they installed it.Very boring buss..just see 0% Battery sign again and again. Need to be like 2020..Not recmended for young generation only for old travellers.

In my opinion if you are time conscious, than Bilal Travels Service may not be suitable for you...Although it does not happen all the times but the reality, is it happens...The time Conscious Service in my opinion in Daewoo Although with high rates,but Bilal travel good thing is that they give good discount on online booking which is much better than Daewoo...Today I purchased ticket for 8 am but till now no Bilal Travel bus is available in Bilal Travel adda (Peer vdai more, old Daewoo Adda)... I think Bilal travels should work on timing...and finally it came at 0821 am...

Had great experience untill Bilal travels were there. Now shifted to Kohistan terminal.

The terminal was just fine, washroom doors does not have any locks at all. cafe has overpriced items.

They are getting poor and poor day by day.. poor customer service and uncleaned busses with poor quality and services.. broken seats covers etc..

Facilitation in the Waiting HallIt was hot in Rawalpindi and temperature was about 43 degrees celcius. Women and children were in bad condition due to warm environment.Our bus for Karachi was late and air conditioner in the waiting hall was switched off. They had cold water available which I really appreciate.I heard alot of praise of its service. And I think that they could also provide best facilities to passengers who are waiting in the waiting hall.When I sat on the bus the glass holder was broken and I know how I managed to keep my water glass safe from Rawalpindi to Karachi.

Traveling is now days very difficult to choose which one is better but after I found Billal Travel I always used. Their busses are so comfortable I never saw any kind of mishap with this busses. Yup thier sitting area is not so luxurious or huge but just ok.

Neither good nor bad

Travelled in Yutong Bus from RWP to KHI, found its very comfortable and smooth service. Selection of tasty restaurants for free breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed free Wi-Fi. They stopped at Masjid for Namaz. Highly recommended.

Excellent buses and journey but problem is bus station is far away from main city Lahore and waiting area including service needs lot more improvement. A shuttle service should be opened from DHA and other areas of Lahore to make passenger conveniently enjoy the service, just like Daewoo Express which is now a pathetic service.

Bilal Travels should learn from Faisal Movers that how to maintain level.. Really disapoint to see their waiting hall, ticket counters,

Good travelling service for Lahore, Faisalabad & Multan. However, only 2 x Buses per day run for Multan that need to be increased.

Honestly. I find ot better than Deawoo or any other bus service.

They had established good equipment but need improvement. The had good buses but WiFi dont work. Food is not as per needs.

There is my home in islamabad some time go there for refreshment and e.t.c.

Very good service by Bilal travels, on time arrival on time departure there terminal is located at a verh good location staff is good recently i had an issue from them where i purchaed tickets from book me.pk when i reached the staff told all seats are filled then i went to terminal manager his behavior was very good he treated us properly got our priority seats in next departure

Good busses ... But service not upto mark... Avoided Motorways and took shorter but unsafe and time taking routes.

Theres a staff boy on gate of main waiting hall who is LIER. I went there for very first time and he misguided me.

Its a much better service as compared to SAMMI daewoo. Modern & well maintained fleet of buses. They are normally on time. It is closer to Rawalpindi saddar as compared to any other bus service.

The best way to travel is book an online ticket to avoid all the hustle ,you might get some discount if you buy well ahead. Buses are always on time in departures and arrivals. Rwp lahore and rwp fsb does have lcd tabs fo each individual. Water and drink is available during travel. They also serve you a refreshment box containing some snacks and biscuits. I would recommend this to use.

Kainaat Sucks, Dirty Buses, unprofessional staff, Buss staff lady dont even know how to treat with people in the buss. Not recommended.
