Nandos is absolute love! Peri peri bites & Espetada are a must in my every order. Their No Bones Platter is great value for money! Service was great, SOPs were being followed very properly and the ambiance was good too.

Amazing, i have tried nandos in England and Australia and the taste was exactly the same. Well maintained and great ambience. However the dining area is a bit tight but one feels great after visiting it.

So i went for a lunch date with wifey and sat outside Nandos Bahria Town phase 7. We do not usually experiment with dishes when we dine out but today we thought about it and decided to expand our taste buds. After going through the menu, we ended up ordering Cataplana.Well, Ill be short, i do not blame the guy who made it for us, he probably did his best but i DO blame the guy who invented it. It was more or less leftovers of the entire week all jumbled up together with rice and vegetables and chunks of chicken and i dont know but the end result was a disaster (May be that was the main idea). Even our taste buds were confused. We had to leave it as soon as we ate the chicken inside. Totally not recommended

Food is good. Lighting and ambiance needs a lift. Too many mosquitoes inside and outside the restaurant. Air conditioning was not working properly when I visited. Would recommend a take away or delivery option rather than dine-in.

Perfect place to have your grilled chicken. Havent found any place better to have it as yet. Serving time and the attitude of the staff is always excellent. Sometimes there are not all the sauces on the table but whose counting that right. You can always ask. Bottom less drinks and your fav chicken platter is the best way to end your weekend dine out.

Staff needs more training, probably run by a pashto speaking fella that doesnt feel like hiring anyone apart from the clan. He addressed me in a way that is considered inappropriate in urdu language.

Just like England, so no hidden surprises. The place is a bit small so it gives off a cosy feel, can get crowded on busy days. The staff are polite and friendly helpful with any queries one might have. The first two time I went there there chicken was under cooked and after I pointed it out thankfully I dont have that issue

Well we were searching for some good eat out, and came across Nandos in Bharia, since we were early there was not too much congestion. We enjoyed the ambiance, food and service. Beat was there burger followed by espatada and supreme was pitta beead and humus. Good family place and would love to go again

The staff is super nice and was a delight to meet. The food on the other hand is ordinary. Nothing special but not bad either. Felt a bit costly but potato wedges were really nice, peri peri chicken was just okay.

The chicken was baked good. The sauces had varieties. The service people did not seem like very professional in communication or hygienic protocol. But overall it was OK experience. Will be OK to revisit.

5 stars for the same taste as you would get anywhere else in the world, decent service, ambience and service time (15 mins).We got served a frozen piece of stale cheesecake, straight out of the freezer. Upon sending it back, the Manager Atif replaced it with a fresher chocolate cake. Not sure why would the server not inform of the condition beforehand, but Im gonna let it go. Shouldnt happen at a place like this, asking for premium prices.Rice not worth it, fries nothing extra ordinary. Coleslaw was rather fresh.Average meal cost per head: 750/-

Great location, efficient and courteous staff. Taste is great. The only downside is that it is a happening place with a lot of people coming in, so the seating area is a bit crowded. Rest all is good. Had a great time here. Looking to visit again soon.

Ive had the worst experience while having takeout from this particular branch. I found the management extremely unprofessional and their customer services is just awful. You can expect incomplete order and moreover dont be surprised by their incompetent staff who will misguide you from placing to collecting your order. These people are unaware of any promotions theyre having with their payment partners (Credit Cards). Try their helpline for information; theyll sell a different version about discounts and promotions which this branch staff is totally unaware of. Delays in order delivery is a common practice and God forbid if youve to confront their branch manager, hell make you frustrated and only worsen the situation. Nandos serve great food with authentic taste and Ive tried their restaurants across the world but never had their any other branch spoiled my opinion of this chain like this. My advice, dont have your food from this particular branch!

The food is great but customer service not so much please do share you location’s ph num so people that order on food panda can actually confirm their order and check status !!!! Also try to meet the time you commit for delivery its says 37 mins on food panda next thing you know its here after an hr and a half and plus since no way to contact you never know if the order is actually going to come or cancel out !!! Love u guys but please take care of this its really frustrating for a customer

If u were looking for British style nandos then u will be a lil disheartened, their best chicken is lemon n herb, service is not up to the standard, very small space for sittings and not at all cozy, if u r more than 6 people u have to sit at different tables

Long waiting on weekend. Space is very small and tight. Food quality was not up to mark as chicken served was without skin and partially cold. Few menu items were out of stock. Overall experience: Below average.

Very small petty on burger, a pineapple slice and a dip cost Rs.910, is bit much more. They should review their prices. No effort made on designing interiors, contrast to its first outlet in Karachi. I was mesmerized with the interiors. Although staff here is very Co operative.

Food is great as expected at Nando’s. The seating space is limited so it does get crowded especially on the weekends. They seem to be a bit short on the service staff so expect to wait for service and those drink refills.

Food was well prepared and served in a befitting manner. Environment and cleanliness was also as per the desired standards. Maintain the standard.

Small place very slow service food taste is however not yet compromised hopefully they will ensure taste as place is too small

Recently i visited this Nando’s setup with family and was highly disappointed by the quality, serving size and price of food..The served food items (chicken) were not hot, the quantities were not adequate and the burger buns were not fresh ... I even complained but there were no suggestion cards available nor the shift manager took the complaint seriously..The rates with respect to service quality and quantity are high and not at all satisfactory.Apart from that the space was a little congested ...Conclusion is that don’t go for brand name as most of the time its not worth it...The place is not recommended..

Great food with great ambiance

Okay so wanted to give them another try. So I called them for delivery and they said they do no deliver to DHA 2 Sector G and only deliver to Sector A. What does this mean???For starters, had to wait for 20 minutes. Secondly the service wasnt upto par. Had to be reminded multiple times to bring spoons, plates and tissues. Maybe they arent able to handle the influx. Thirdly, the chicken was undercooked and was pink from inside.Chicken thigh on skewer was good. Sides were just okay.

Trust me this is the worst nandos franchise by all means. An ordinary grilled chicken cafe/stall would serve a much better grilled chicken. Except for one staff member namely Mehboob rest of those whom we dealt with were extremely discourteous and unwelcoming. Would never like to visit again. Attached pictures speak for themselves.

Pretty good. Service is fast and the food pairs well with their signature peri peri sauces. Would benefit greatly from an additional floor for extra seating, because on busy days you may have to wait a bit to find a place to sit.

Good atmosphere but a bit noisy, food was good. All over it was a pleasant experience.

Worst delivery service by far. It has been 2 hours and 15 minutes and still waiting despite 6 phone calls. The delivery estimate was 45 mins at the time of order. Supervisor promised call back 3 times, but didnt bother to call. Avoid the Nandos Bahria Phase 7 delivery service.

Ambiance is Meh! The Chicken was cold and had to be reheated, Espadata had hair in it & I almost threw up. Expected more.

We are Nandos food lovers and were really happy to know about its new branch in Bahria Phase 7 as this is is comparatively near for Rawalpindi residents but this place is very conjusted also the food was not as tasty as its Islamabad branch. Service was also not up to the mark. And be informed that they charge 16% GST on the total bill amount as it lies in Rawalpindi territory whereas in Islamabad branch they charge 7% as per Govt policy. So overall experience was not that much good as compared to Nandos Islamabad branch.

Still my favorite place to go. Disappointed that nandos doesnt have potato wedges for over three months now but otherwise theyre amazing.

Went to try bahria phase 8 Nando’s.We ordered whole chicken with 2 sides & drink.my experience was so bad.The chicken wasn’t cooked properly & raw, over heated and burned.We complained but they didn’t offered us alternate.very poor services.
