This U phone customer service center is located on Rawal road inside the PTCL exchange. This is not a franchise but its ptlc own customer service center. There was no much rush, very limited no of people were coming for the customer support. The staff was very supportive and polite. I am very much satisfied with their support and behavior.

This particular service centre has the worst customer service. While the customer is standing, the CSO is busy on their personal calls using cellphone, not familiar with the systems and processes etc.They seriously need to be trained on customer service etiquettes, customer priority and time management.Overall, PTCL is the worst telecom service in the country. Switching to Nayatel now.

Corporate customers are not entertained here, for corporate customers go toSaddar GPO adjacent ptcl/ufone office or fauji tower office on Tipu road.

It says Ufone customer service but they also have PTCL devices.. I got CharJi from them.. they are bad devices.. real bad battery life.. worst quality of service among all networks in Pakistan.. worst help line and complaints service.. total waste of money and time. Get anything else like Nayatel or zong or Jazz any other data service but not PTCL. Period.

It is located on intersection of Rawal Road and Tipu Road. Parking space is available. Almost all help related with ufone sims and products is possible here. Bill payment and new sim issue can also be done. Staff is very helpful. Place is generally not crowded and immediate help is possible.
