They up sold me a postpaid plan by hiding all low budget plans.When the lights goes out their generator doesn’t work, and UPS doesn’t work.The finger print hardware doesn’t detect finger prints of you above 60. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

This is probably the only franchise in rawalpindi. U get your turn by taking a token from the reception and then wait for your turn. The staff was helpful in getting my issue resolved

The staff is quick to solve your problems. I would have rated it 5 stars. But in rush hours they get under staffed, I mean they do not have enough people to server a large crowd and also office is very small. Only 20 people can make it crowded.

Telenor 4G Franchise placed in Saddar at Haidar Road. Its near to Rawalpindi Saddar Railway Station. New office of Franchise is very small and did not meet the requirement of a franchise due to insufficient space. Only 3xrepresentatives will be available and you may wait for an hour for your turn.

Its very congested office, as being situated in the Main Saddar Bazar, unable to maintain good work-flow.Although they have introduced a Token System, still only four persons can not handle dozens of customers at the same time.To avoid customers waiting issues, they need to hire or rent a large and oepn area.Besides this, I would like to appreciate the behavior of Staff as well as Guard Uncle.

This is the worst place I ever visited. I visited that service center yesterday for transferring my prepaid sim into postpaid. They filled forms and received 1500 as security deposit. Now I called on helpline and they said that they have no request regarding my number. This is my request to Telenor management, please take some action against those creeps. Thanks
