I had a visit to ptcl office at fujii tower for recovering of my sim chrji cloud but they said you vist at our other branch at rehmanabad when I reached at that office the guys said we dont have any option to recover sim chrji you brought new sim for this device and the chrges is thousand rupess what is this behavior ! no one guied me properly I had visit more then three branches ,,, v bad experience

Offering some facilities but not all, like if your bill is not being delivered, dont come here, go to Saddar Exchange as it is dealt by them even if your regional exchange is Chaklala.

Excellent and fully equipped centre with pleasant staff. Very forthcoming help desk. Bill payment and new sim issuance is quick.

Basically this is Ufone Franchise spot collaborated with PTCL. This Franchise shifted from Commercial Market and also Ufone staff just collect PTCL Bill payments through machine and not through credit card. No credit card facility for PTCl customer only for Ufone customer.

Its just ok Its reception is very good but rest of building is just normal

Still needs to improve customer service.

Some staff is helping. Some will give you sweet pills. Be careful.
