Good place but staff is not good dealing

Rawal Motors provided us with an amazing service when my family were buying a car. We didnt know much and found the process overwhelming until Rawal Motors made everything simple easy and catered to our every need. Even after purchasing the car, they were taking our calls and helping us with anything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, highly recommend!

No proper sales service. Visited twice and salespeople were least interested in selling us a car. I cannot comment on their workshop services as I havent used them but sales is terrible. I tried booking an Altis car there and they kept telling me their booking isnt open. When I visited another branch in Lahore they told me booking has been open nationwide since 1st of Dec. I dont know what to make of this but I know I will never visit their sales department again.

Thats really Great place along with standard. Quality of car service is excellent and quick, customer service is cooperatively and bumble. Sitting area for guest is cool , neat and clean,while sitting there, person can enjoy to watch Tv channels.prayer room available for namaz. Its totally pack of quality and satisfying

NO ONE CARE about the customer satisfaction..just sitting for money.They dont know how to talk and handle the customer.No courtesy no manners .i am regretting to go there..Will never ever visit them again.Its better to get the work done from market.HOPE ANY MANAGER OF TOYOTA READ AND DO SOME ACTION.

Very bad pathetic experience at their work shop.every one individual weather he/ she is from helpline department, complain department, advisory department or manegireal management all are zero in their performance.I have registered my car LZU 30,last Friday I have explained advisory consultant about the problem that occurred ,talked with sales manager and the parts manager .But they insisted that the problem is bla bla bla.I followed up through the calls on daily basis with the team but every time they said maam we are doing the work.i asked for the problem ,, no satisfactory answer is given by them.Yesterday is the morning after a week they called me and said maam your car is being repaired and you come and take your car.we have made test drive the car is OK.I went to check the car and was their to recieved it.I asked for the test drive.they sent a guard with me to do test drive.As I started my drive on road the car was not picking the speed above then 20, or 25They have made 76k bill.And both managers were on leave.one person from their department made me cool and sent back me to my home.I am very disappointed with this service.i need my car back till Monday.

A very handy facility meeting the high standards of Toyota. Its location is comfortable. Staff is helping and quality of repair technicians is good. I found their rates of repair maintenance works higher than Toyota outlets in other cities.

I recently shifted from Lahore..My first experience here for maintenance of my car. Job was satisfactorily done but customer service needs a serious reconsideration. Work force is alright but office boys/gate staff needs to be taught how to deal customer with a proactive and cheerful behavior.

Highly professional staff. They checked my car n gave me black n white results with my car chases numbers n other details. Its reliable yet a bit expensive.

Just to change oil you have to go through lengthy procedure. Take too long . Oil change facility is good thats the reason i go there. charge Rs 450 which is way too high when you can change oil from local shop for Rs 100

There charges are more than any other Toyota dealerships.

Rawal Motors are real looters. They charge rates for genuine parts but, either do not replace and charge for new parts, or use sub standard poor quality locally made parts while charging money for the genuine stuff.

The most pathetic service interms of their dealing. They first asked me that you yourself would take the car out from dock as some valuables were placed inside and they would not touch the car. But after sometime, I could see my car being driven out. A typical local culture prevails there with some kind of so called liberal and modern touch. Same was the case with their finance department. Just another piece of junk.

Buy original stuff from here and go to another mechanic. Prices too high and unprofessional staff

Maintenance after every 5000 km is very expensive at Toyota dealership. One should keep Rs. 7,000-15,000 ready for every visit. The labor, work casually if you are not with the car and not monitoring closely.
