Worst services of NADRA in e kidmat center, staff attitude is so bad towards people

I went to pay tax token of car bearing registration number from Lahore. I found it is quite perfect facility for General public of the Distt. The irony is that the desk person with black beard was discouraging the public that centre will be close for ever by end of this week. Punjab Govt has invested a huge amount n the workers arent happy with their job. They should be unemployed.

E-khidmat markaz or facilitation centre is a all services under one roof place. Citizens of punjab province can get services of domocile, character certificate, marriage registration certificate, birth certificate, drivr license learning permit, nadra verification and cnic registration, excise and taxation counter, and land record office facilities are available..

An initiative worth appreciating by the former CM of Punjab Shabaz Sharif and by PITB .... The idea to offer various services to the citizens under one roof such as character certificate or birth certificate or marriage certificate etc is not only a big convenience but also efficient as well .... The staff is well trained and do offer necessary support to address all your queries to move your application along .... Turns are based on token system and most of the documents required for obtaining a specific certificate are specified on there official website

I went 2 times to office Rawalpindi and there in excise department they search reasons to return back the person .so what is the Ben if it to went to ekhidmat...the peoples are same like govt. Departments........so sad

Decent setup offers ID card, domicile, learner license facilities as well as provision of various certificates (birth, death, marriage etc.). Has a lot of rush and sometimes the token number counters stop working properly.
