I recently registered a new bike on my own with out any agent. You have to book an appointment online for any task. In my case I was assigned a slot after 13 days. Once I get there on given time there wasnt any time management. I had to wait for another 30 mints or so and even after that I had to ask again and again for my slot. Representatives were rude. Although process is simplified still there is alot which can be improved. Beware of agents. They just need your money. Process is very simple if you choose the right path. Dont choose the haram path.

They no longer collect token tax. For token tax payment, install ePay app from Punjab IT Board and proceed with token tax.

Quality of service depends on the person at the window and what mood theyre in.I had all the relevant paperwork and was accompanied by a person with some experience with dealing with this office.So I got dealt with reasonably quickly.But be prepared to get the runaround.

A busy Government office where rush is experienced on every visit.Try to keep all necessary documents along with for quick processing. Long ques are expected and best time is to visit in early morning hours with start of office to avoid rush.Parking is an issue and documentation of required can be had from vendors sitting outside the office.The best thing is that fee etc is deposited at same office and the culture of all services under one roof are helpful to general public.However the delivery of documents through TCS, takes time which can be improved through little attention to rectify the grey areas, causing delays.

A place where you must expect rush all the time so go there with plenty of time.Congested place with lot of rush.With no parking for cars or you will not find one.If possible use ride-sharing services or motorcycle.

Poor services, data entry operator was making so many mistakes. My bike engine capacity is 110cc but he wrote 150cc along with incorrect model name.He did not corrected even after highlighted.

Staff is not punctual. We reached in office at 8 am but concern person came late.No check and balance by Punjab goverent for staff punctuality.Govn. Must impose biometric attendance.

Very pathetic service here. People are standing in long queue and its daily routine here. Government should smooth processes related to excise and taxation.

Illegal transactions or dealing for bribed money is still going even by employs.One of the guy there charged me 6000 just for transfer of 1000 cc car without issuing me a computerized slip which i latter realized.That guy is sitting on first booth of hall 2 with normal size beard. I have already complained about this and waiting for there response now.I am ready to escalate this issue with proof.

New registration and transfer time is Monday to Thursdays 8 am to 11 am and Friday Saturday 8 am to 10 am. If you are coming for late registration then first go to 15 verification center inside liaqat bagh for documents verification. Fee is 200.

I checked online that the office is open Mon-Sat. I went there on Sat and found out that they were closed. The gatekeeper told that the office is functional on Sat only during the months of May and June. Rest of the year it is closed on Saturdays.
