Nice staff. Nice effective medicine. Price reasonable.

I would give 5/5 Star just for medicines because they have almost all the variety.However I give this D.Watson Branch 2.5 or 3 out of 5 in Grocery. They do have grocery but very limited. Dont expect the grocery item as compared to D.Watson F-10 or F-6 one.

They are thieves. They steal your medicines at the counter bar through some random fake customers who pretend to be customers but only come there to steal your medicines on Dwatson owner and guys instructions.Once you pay your bill and get the receipt, you are unable to find your medicine shopper at the counter and they say Jee aap ne medicines counter se uthayee nahin tu koi le gaya hoga.After that, they dont take responsibility and instead of giving your new medicines back, they show you cctv on the third floor office and claim that some. Random lady standing at the counter bar took your medicines away....Kar lo jo karna hai. in ko ehsas nai hua ke new medicines de dete aik banda family ke sath pareshan ho raha hai jis ne payment bhi kar di. Ramadan tha and I lost my medicines at their counter aur kahte hain woh lady medicines wapis bhi de kar nahin gayee.I still call them and they say nahin jee woh aurat jo Cctv main thi show hoyi aap shopper uthate woh wapis nahin aayi.Kis ki ghalti hai?? I paid them 800 rupees and got my medicines stolen from counter.. yeh tu seedhi seedhi Chori hai. I think that lady was involved with them and its their way to loot people by disguising them at the counter through their touts.Never get medicines from this outlet in Dwatson PWD folks... I was along with family and had severe stress and botheration due to their negligence or intentionally theft act.Inshallah i am doing lawsuit on them. Either they will return my 800 rs or my medicines.

D.watson a very old chemist shop in the city having differential branches. Their speciality is making drugs in their pharmacy according to the prescription of the doctors. Besides preparing drugs, medicines they also provides medicines prepared by national and multinational pharmacutical companies who produces different drugs and medicens in different forms. Store also deals in surgical items like surgical tools, estancels, bedding etc. Juices snacks, ice cream and sweets can also be purchased from here.

They have poor service and dont even respond on phone. The poorest of all D Watsons i have seen here in Islamabad.

D Watson possess medication all type, spectacles, and daily use commodities. 4 to 5 cars can easily park around the place. Possess a lift and stairs. Spread over 2 x floors. Offers Discounts on maj events, holidays etc.

I like the place. I usually go to this shop to buy mecines and other items. They also give discount.

Didnt know they have a whole grossery shop in the basement and undergarments shop at first floor. Good thing is their timing, i went there around 12am and it was open. Also, their visa machine is working which is not normal usually.

They does not have all medicines. You take prescription and they say half from list they will have.
