National Bank of Pakistan is the Pakistans largest state owned commercial bank. Most of the provincial and federal employees and Pensioners are used to get banking with NBP but staff is not well versed nor they are client focussed. Mostly they are rude with clients and even some time they misbehaved with Pensioners. Need a lot of reforms.
