Terrible experience i bought kitchen hood and hobb from them after a month kitchen hood had some issues,i called japan electronics they said to bring the hood to them i took the hood after 3 hours they said that know its ok but when i brought the hood back and installed it there was same problem i also called them 10 times a day but they now donot pick my call

It is a good place to visit, if you are looking for a variety. Rates of electronics are on the higher side. Staff is very smart, rather sharp I would say say. But still a good variety is available. But not complete range like if you are looking for not common models or you are looking for not very popular brands e.g. Orient, you wont find much. Limited products of Gree, Kenwood, Super Asia, EcoStar are available.

Worst experience there, they have refurbished items thats why they give discount as compared to market. I bought haier automatic machine and gree ac from them and both have faults in it.... Also bought nasgas gezer i have demanded lpg gezzer, on box its mentioned lpg but inside its non lpg....Totally disappointed, dont waste ur money.

I don’t have the experience of any shopping from Murree road branch , but japan electronics at Bharia town phase 7 is pathetic, their customer support is below average, if u go for some warranty claim they ll make sure that you weep with blood tears. Inhuman attitude.... worse experience
