Fauji Foundation is a trust created for the welfare of retired soldiers of Pakistani armed forces. Established in 1954, it has a unique welfare model; it doesnt take any help from either Pakistani government / Pak Army and nor does it accept any charity / donations from the people / organisations. Fauji Foundation runs its whole welfare programme at its own, which comprises over 200 health and education facilities all over Pakistan. The trust earns from its commercial projects like Fauji Fertilizer, Fauji Cement, Fauji Cereal, Fauji Wind Energy, Fongas and numerous other energy and agricultural project and spends it on the health and education of retired soldiers primarily but all its facilities are open to all citizen of that area, on discounted payments. Currently, the beneficiaries of Fauji Foundation go over 9 million people all over Pakistan. There arent many similar welfare models available in the world where an organisation looks after so many people, directly or indirectly, entirely at its own.

This hq is belonging to retired army personal welfare projects, which based on earn and serve the retired military personal and their families. Also provided jobs to the retired army officers and soolders in their welfaire project. Professional civilians are are also employed in sufficient numbers. Like engineers, doctors , teachers and IT skilled.
