No response and action on complaint. Reported complaint multiple times but useless. I dont when our people will own their responsibilities and duties.

I am a resident of Street 16, Sector -II, behind Sartaj plaza, Kahyaban-e-Sir Syed Rawalpindi. Despite repeated requests to available staff all garbage is lying in the street causing severe staunch and my children are suffering . Concerned staff may be asked to lift the ojris immediately.SHAH NAZ AHMED SHAH

Very poor response from sweepers. They come after four days or some time one day in a week. How we can keep garbage for one week in our home. They are not giving waste bags to us, we are buying plastic bags for our use.very disappointed from them.

I am resident of House No. B-1336, Satellite Town, near 4th B Road, Khan High School street adjacent to Said Pur Road, Near Kali Tanki, Rawalpindi. Since the take over of our area by RWMC, we were being given assurance of the cleanliness of entire area. But regret to inform that our Road and Back Street is more dirty as compare to Past. The sweeper does not bother to clean the road properly and take the waste. Although the supervisor sits in the morning near Banday Petrol Pump. But he is just taking the roll call of the workers, but the main job is not done as per requirement. We were told that RWMC will provide waste shoppers to the residents for quick disposal of the waste but almost lapse of lot of time RWMC did not fulfill the comittment. A lot waste is lying out side my home but no body bothered to clean it up even informed personally to Mr. Imran Supervisor of the area.This state of affairs is not at all accepted. Please review.
