Pathetic customer service, illiterate staff at reception, very high charges and delay in delivery.Better to use ghulam nabi sons at committee chowk for heater repairing.

Pathetic experience with NasGas.Bought a gas oven and found many faults in first day of its use. Made a complaint and didnt hear from them afterwards and it has been 7 days.Few of the faults:Rubbers seals got melted on first day. The grill is stuck in oven as it is oversized. One of the stove is leaking.

I bought instant geyser 7 plus series last year. It was really bad experience for me. It just worked for 2 months only.i ve got it serviced several times but of no use. I suggest try other brand instead wasting your money

The customer service center is located at very narrow street, no parking available in front of office or even near about of the location. The staff were also found non professional and very naive in customer services, very rude and stubborn, they used to dont know about their promises made with their customers about delivery of work, No company provided price list of spare parts were available in the office so I didnt know if they charge me fair rates or not. Nasgas products are good but they must focus on after sale services.

Good service

Poor quality and service bought new Instant Gas Geysers even new did not work properly and when i took them to service center they said they fix it and when i again install it at home they didnt work. I feel like throwing these geysers wasted my money on them.

Worst experience of buying nas gas. From the very first day geyser is not working and when i called them they simply say bring geyser to our service centre for service. Bully people. Such a waste of money

I dont think so that this service centre belongs to the company regarding its customer service level. And their skills.Better to take thing in open market then this service centre.

I support majority of reviews above. It is a NASGAS service centre however, very ordinary approach and response of the staff. I dont recommend people to go here, instead should go to open market or mechanic for quick and satisfactory service. Poor show NASGAS; you havent risen beyond a street blacksmith.

Stupid and uneducated call center employees. Dont even know how to talk to their customers.Cooking range blasted and luckily no one was in the kitchen at that time.After repairing it again fires up. And they are not responding. We purchased only 2 months ago
