The problem with Inverex just like any Chinese rebranded company is lack of service , unqualified and unethical people. Blaming everything on the end user and customer for their nonsense Chinese imports. Brand new inverters coming with faults and it is just not one customer. It is thousands. I called their helpline to test how they answer and their responses were so childish and clearly showed that their service centre people are not educated and qualified. Damn these people for over charging and providing zero service and customer satisfaction. Terrible company and terrible people in it. 1/10.

I have bought 8.5 lac setup from inverex company in the first 2 months the 10kw inverter got problematic that took about 1 month to get rectified and it has not been even 7 months their whole safety got fried and instead of working on the solution suggesting that it is our fault because somebody has touched the system.I dont know why the hell we even touch a working system.i would also share photos of fried system which could be dangerous for your family.please make sure their after service is not at all helpful.

Very disappointed .just bought 1.2 kw but faulty not charging battery .
