Worst hospital!Dnt go there ever!Dirty rooms, insects...!No professionalism!3rd class staff!Operation theater looks like bus station!

Unprofessional and very rude behavior of nursing staff at 2nd Floor. No nurse were available on time. We asked them on (2nd Floor reception) for change the empty drip but they were busy in their gossips and chit chat on mobile. After asked twice, she came very rudely and argue.. THIS IS WHAT THEY PROVIDE A VERY CHEAP SERVICE.

Due to the lack of parking in this hospital, this hospital has been harassing our entire neighborhood. Talk to the administration, then they will continue to be rude. The entire administration, including the doctors, is very immoral. I pray to Allah Almighty to guide them all. Ameen.

Very dirty environment,no hygene at all,our patient was transferred in dirty room with plastic wrappers,tissues and chips littered on floor.such a shame.Yes i had to blast on them. Dont visit if hygiene and cleanliness is important to you.

Visited hospital for circumcision of my grandson with appointment of peadiatric surgeon at 1600 hours. Doctor not available, staff uncooperative and poorly behaving. Had to return home without procedure.

Had worst experience of my lifetime. Have never came across such a bad hospital. They peel your skin like butchers & despite changing hefty bills, they send you outside for lab tests, medicines and equipment. Nursing staff has extreme unprofessional attitude. Hygiene condition is worst if compared with what they charge you. Have no electricity backup to operate elevators. Pharmacy operates for few hours in the day and is off on Sunday. And worst if all, they have nothing to offer patients to eat what to talk of the attendants. On asking for my baby outside nursery, they handed over the baby to me directly without asking me for any identity, which is quite dangerous, as anyone can take any baby away with just knowing the name of the mother.Would recommend everyone not to get the treatment from this so called hospital.

Doctors are never on time. In my experience this lady dermatologist who runs ESTHETICARE is mostly an hour late to the clinic. Has zero courtesy to her clients and never apologizes for unprofessional behaviour. Also she seems to have more medical reps around than actual patients. We had an observation that she only prescribes low quality unknown brands of products. My wife never seemed to get better. We never went back to her after the 2nd visit. Avoid the greedy monster

Doctors are good.....staff is good and helping....in house lab and pharmacy....nice interiors.....no space for parking....rates are high.

A great medical facility for the residents of both Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Quite easily accessible. Although there are some Parking issues but as it is located in Rawalpindi so it is quite common. The fee for check up is quite reasonable. Good doctors, who listen and check their patients with great attention. Especially the Rheumatology specialist is great, any patients with joints problems are highly recommended to visit Medicare and get a checkup scheduled with Dr. Shazia Zamurad.

Excellent Vaccine Center for all types of vaccinations. Needs to have parking facilities.
