This hospital is one of the economical in the area. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Professionalism is best in the place.But I would suggest that doctors timing could be more manageable. Laboratory testing need special supervision.

(Both hospital situated Rawalpindi and Islamabad)I have a very bad experience with them. Especially nursing staff and laboratory they are highly uncivilized and non-professional. They lost samples in lab and try to put blame on attendant. The nursing staff in gynaecology department is misbehave with mothers at the crucial stage. I personally experience this with my wife recently. The big mess they create when they send home my wife with baby and even not informed that the after birth vaccination is not yet done. After 2 times follow up a reception lady told me to come tomorrow and make vaccination card first. I am totally disappointed.

Worest ever experience of gynecology case, staff and doctors are rude and always misbehave, doctors are making money by referring same tests in their laboratory over and over even within period of one week repeating same tests, they will charge money as well as take out one unit of blood in terms of donations.

I would say a good healthcare facility but the few things I have noticed and can be taken as suggestion. 1- Not enough space for the waiting people especially if the spouse or family is with the patient. 2- If you are a male, you will have to wait outside the ER, and for payment receipts you will have to run to a distance place. 3- Also a less no. of beds/wards in ER maybe because I was informed that my sister in law had to sit on chair and also she had to stand for some time right after her delivery ops. Apart from that it is reasonable!

One of the worst hospitals ive been. no waiting area for men , if you complaint the answer to sit in the park in open sun. staff is so rude and unprofessional in costumer service. the bed which was given to my wife was broken..could not incline or decline ..eventhough i paid for the highest one. took me 3 hours get my baby cleared for discharge. as one building was saying they sent the file and the other one was refusing..

Its a small setup mainly for the patients of Gynecological treatments but also Peadatrition Urologist anr available for consultations, also equipped with quality lab and blood bank.Most affordable as is running under a trust.Parking remains a big problem, the locality is also very conjusted.

Dr. Tahira (Gynecologist) needs to work a great deal on her professionalism. The way she deals with her patients reminds me of butchers from medieval age. Sorry to say, she doesn’t deserve to be called a “Doctor” as she is completely ignorant of the professional and general ethics. And this was not only me. She was treating everyone almost the same manner. I visited her three times, when I explaining my issue to her, Instead of listening to the patient’s issue, she starts dragging lines on prescription pad. I wanted to discuss my condition with her in the light of my previous checkups by other doctors; I started to ask some very basic questions. Instead of answering my queries, I was stunned by her reply “Don’t try to be over smart Kid. Just take these pills and visit me after a month. And do not waste my time”.Due to this behavior, I was not willing to pay a second visit to her but my husband insisted to ignore it and stressed on completing my treatment. She said that she will look into the possibility of going for Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) or Laparoscopy. I did not know whether these facilities are available in Al-Khidmat or not.I just thought it might be of excessive workload on the doctors at Al-Khidmat. This time it would be different. But unfortunately, it was not. By entering into her cubical, she gave an inquisitive look and said. “Are not you the same girl who asks too many questions?” Instead of her baseless sarcasm, I ignored it and said that I am done with the medication prescribed. Now what is your opinion? Are you going to do HGS or Laparoscopy? I don’t know what made her so furious. I am quoting the exact words of Dr. Tahira. She blasted off as “Tumhare Kehne Ka Matlab Hai Ke Mein Khud HSG ya Laparoscopy Karun? Tumhen Pata Bhe Hai Ke Mein Surgeon Nahi Hun, Phir Bhe???”Doctors at Al-Khitmat use a general pad. Nothing is mentioned on the prescription pad regarding the doctor’s name, qualification etc. So I had no idea at all about her qualification. I don’t know why she took it as a personal attack and blasted off as: “Tumhein Maloom hai Surgeon banne ke liye kitna parhna parhta hai? Yahan Khairaati Haspataal mein tumhen Surgeon Miley Ga,? Mujhey Kya Samjha hai Tum Ney? Meri Rs. 1600 Fees hai yahan mein Rs. 380 Leti hun, Us mein Bhe Tumhen Surgeon Chahye?”I was in a complete shock. I said I am a student of social sciences and I have no idea at all how long it takes to become a surgeon and what is your qualification. I don’t have any issue if you are not a surgeon. Just let me know where do I have to go? She replied”Jahan bhe Jaana hai Jao, par Dobara Yahan Mere Pas Maat Aana”. Now this was the limit. I explained the case to my husband. He wanted to talk to the M.S Dr. Usman and launch a complaint against the doctor but I was not in the mood to drag it any further. This was my last visit to Al-Khidmat! I don’t think so I will ever go back to this hospital again in my lifetime or will refer this hospital to anyone.I have been visiting other doctors but this was the very first time I came across such a situation. It is the physician’s job to gain the trust of the patient, to explain the matter to patient in a convenient way and make him/her comfortable. I am familiar Al-Khidmat is doing a great job and as compared to other non-profit organizations, I must say Al-Khidmat is way ahead! I am also familiar that the doctors and other staff is doing a great deal of social service by offering expensive medical facilities to masses at subsidized rates. But my point is that if you volunteer to do social service, then do it in a better manner. I guess you are not bound with some kind of contract or something to complete a specific tenure. If you are not satisfied, you are free to server anywhere at much better package. Please do not bring a bad word to such a nice social service institute like Al-Khidmat. 1.The staff on telephone didnt know that there is blood transfusion facility available at the hospital due to which I have to suffer alot to arrange a common blood group at the nick of operation time and when I submitted the blood, the person at the relevant department told me that they have the facility to replace blood and that it is cheaper than from where I have arranged. 2.No sitting area for males and they have to keep standing on street in front of the door as the guard will announce name and call any one any time. 3. Despite submitting all the charges in advance, medicines are not provided and the families with the patient have to rush several times even in late night to purchase medicines which are obviously tendet age females staying with the patient, Medicine should be provided by the hospital and the patient can pay its bill at the end. Really nice service and those who say that men are not allowed. Dear there are separate timings an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening to see your patient. The best thing about them is their fee structure that really accommodates poor and an average people.

Best experience..Friendly staff, highly qualified doctors and Reasonable sepcialist doctors fees..Specially OB and GYN department is well mantained, cleaned and well equipped.No entrance for gents..Also department has easy access for handicapped persons..Fridays and saturdays, it is quite crowded..You can save time by taking doctors receipt in advance and then visit after doctors arrival.

Sorry for that, very ill mannered staff, specially everyone is sleeping in night shift, no one listen no one cares. Specially theres no waiting area for the gents who comes with the ladies on pregnancy cases specially in the night. I am standing here out side in a cold wheather for 3 hrs and witing for the sun comes out.No systematic directions, paymnet counter and recept counter specially the pharmacy is in male section which is not even adjacent, u have to come back and forth for any peper work. For me its not recommended.

I first checked the reviews here before taking my wife there for delivery. I was bit confused after reading mixed reviews here.But honestly my experience at raazi hospital was far beyond than my expectations.The behaviour of the admin staff and nursing staff was very kind and polite. The cleanliness is outstanding. They never compromise on it.Above all doctors are very kind and give full attention to their patients.They try their best to have normal delivery and avoids Caesarean Specifically Dr. Zaira. She treats her patients like a mother.I was observing everything like a critique bcz of the mixed reviews but honestly I havent found anything objectionable. we must appreciate their efforts.

Razi hospital is welfare project by Alkhidmat Foundation spread over several buildings. Competent Specialist doctors see patients in very reasonable fee. Have got patients checked up by specialists in Rs. 200 in past. These days specialists fee is 380 but still very reasonable.

Good Hospital But Prices are not affordable by locals. Also hospital is always overly crowded and traffic is blocked most of times.

Raazi hospital is providing quality healthcare at very less expence. The doctors here are very qualified. You can show to a consultant in only 380 rupees. A normal delivery would cost only 9600 rupees. There is a very good lab at raazi and the test rates are 40 to 50% less than other labs. The hospital is generally clean and poor patients are given further discounts through zakat. Generally its a great effort for providing benefit to general public

Raazi hospital ..third class hospital .. low value staff.. miss behaviour with all.. un qualified doctors who didnt know what to do with serious condition patient.I near to lost my sister and her child.. after her Cesarean..before delivery we checked them they told us that they have all facilities ..after admitted her.. discovered that.. they dont have simple ways if there is any danger regarding mother and child.. fraud hospital .. open just for gaining money not for saving peoples life.. this hospital do not recommend to any person.. if you want to save your family life..this is my experience ..sharing with you because Qyamat day Allah swt will ask us..

This hospital is run by Al Khidmat Foundation.. over all a good hospital... doctors are cooperative... they dnt do C Section if not required... they encourage normal deliveries...Males are not allowed inside the gyne building where babies are born and kept with mother... there is no place for male attendants to sit...There is a park in front but there timing is very short and strict so they too dnt allow people all time in the park...
