I’m really sorry to share my first journey today I’ve booked a Careem ride to reach Shifa international hospital but the service was pathetic, driver was awful and car was dirty, driver was not aware of anything in Islamabad I’m really sorry Careem has to look for these things otherwise can’t deserve on road. I am a victim of Careem app package scam. I bought a package worth Rs. 2100. The amount was deducted from my bank account but package was not subscribed. Dont add your credit / debit card in Careem app and never buy a package. And they dont have a customer service helpline, even nobody bothers to read or respond online complaints or emails.

I wont say that I had an acceptable experience ......take too long to solve a querry...sullen faces.... No way of greeting someone... Totally inexperienced lady sitting in the office over a laptop who knows nothing... ..only reception guy is an appreciative one.... Rest of the Staff needs some mannerism to greet..they solve queries as if.... Bout bera ehsaan ker rehe hein... Thumbs down ..Complete time wasters and I will surely lodge an official complaint against them.....And will also share screen shot for conveyance and guidance of public
