I have visited there and find this place very good. You can get very household products here in different qualities. Prices of the products may vary but overall according to other areas prices in this market is very low. You can find expensive and cheapest rates here. Every must go there once. Only one setback of this are is traffic jam and too much rushy area.

This bazar is more appropriate for moderate income people and a variety of products are available there.

They have some cool items to sell however, the area is too dense with lot of traffic.

A traditional bazar and crowded place but if you are visiting the city first time then you should avoid car and go by foot to visit here. It will give you the real feel of the old city. The items on sale are quite cheap and there would be lot of margin for bargain.

I just passed through this market as i was heading to a bookshop after it, this was the first time as i saw this kind of market, and saw people doing repairing the old and second hand( broken and screeched) parts of vehicles and other things, there were few keymaker shops and printer and number plate maker, so market is enough for those who are looking for this kind of money and time saving hack.

Very historical market. In past there were many trunk (metal boxes used for storage of clothes)shops most of which have now converted to leather suitcase shops and garments stores. Very rushy area.

You can find a variety of bags, suit cases and set of trolley cases for brides on reasonable prices. Beware prices are not fixed so you have to bargain.

With respect I won’t be visiting this area again, parking is a very difficult and you’re either expected to simply dump your vehicle anywhere or find a space where and how is simply impossible.Shops are not very well frankly speaking nice, not a place where you feel family shopping is idea so kindly be aware and consider this too.In terms of what was for sale, practically everything you need but simply repetition of the same item. ALL shops are in cahoot, they all sell the same thing and all know the minimum price and won’t sell it cheaper despite the quality being evidently worse.Personally, I don’t be shopping here again, I found the items to be of inferior quality and the shops selling spices assuming you’re either stupid or because your from out of town the narrative is charge what you want how you want.If buying sanders and small shops selling bugs is your thing, fine otherwise it’s not the place for you.Kindly note it’s not family friendly.

My personal opinion, horrible prices for poor workmanship and inferior quality stuff

Trunk bazar is a very famous and old market of Rawalpindi. It is situated in the hub of markets of Rawlapindi. Very busy and full of customers in evening. Different type of shops are here like clothes, shoe, traveling bags, bags, artificial flowers, stuff for fishing, Trunks shops and many more. Banks branch are available. Better to go this bazaar either on motorcycle or auto Rickshaw due to rush. Go in own ride is not recommended. You can buy economical as wel as costly thing. Bargaining is recommended.

Very economical shopping area for hardware and metal utensils

Trunk Bazar is located in the middle of the Raja Bazar Rawalpindi City. Trunk Bazar is famous for metal work like Trunks, storage trunks, wheat storage trunks, and other metal based items. Trunk Bazar is conjusted area and surrounded by other bazars.

Beauty of Rawalpindi

As name giving impressions, yes long time ago any one was able to buy trunks of any sizes, and many shops were there , but Now as I saw 3 or 4 shops left , selling these products, which are expensive as compare to other area, main reason Rent in this area is high so people has shifted their trunk making shops and skill persons to cheap area of Rawalpindi, so any trunk or similar product can buy cheaper then this Bazar, thats why mostly people related to this business or moved or sold, different kind of shops replaced with trunks business, crowded area , never take own vehicle except Motor Bike in this area.
