Pathetic, at 2 pm they locked the office doors, since the staff was sitting inside. I forcefully knocked the door upon which the replied that we are close at 2pm and referred me to M&P in Akhter plaza Rawalpindi cantt, for rectification of a fault in my cell phone.I fail to understand why have they opted for a service which they cant provide.

Disappointing service. They does not do what they says in warranty card. Even they took my SD card which was in my mobile phone and did not return back to me yet.

Dont buy infinix mobiles . They have less than on year life time . I brought a phone in 2019. Now its dead .

One cant provide customer service without having a functional phone service.Its the most basic customers expectation and without having it means youre at level 0 as compared to the service center of other companies. Very disappointed :/

After repairing one they handed over with another thing broken I went there for charging issue now my phone is charging but my microphone isnt working, poor service.

Very slow repair procedure, give here for mobile repair warrenty claim and forget for 35 to 40 days.I brought infinix note 7 pro on 28th may 2020, its display has gone dead after three days of use. The claim the warranty but 40 days long proceedre of warrenty as well as the company not put the water proof seal after opening the phone.So i bear huge cost of stupid services of carlcare.

There was only charging issue with my phone and they said whole sub board will be replaced at cost of 18000. While my phones actual price was 15000. DONT BUY TECNO and INFINIX devices. They are pathetic african brands settled in china that are here to loot innocent people.

Visited them today. Rude staff. Management should teach them basic etiquette how to welcome and help customers. They are being payed to provide their services. Will Never want to visit them again nor want to purchase Infinix phones again due to lack of parts availability. Rating ( 0/5).

Very uncooperative and unprofessional.they took too much time to repair your device and in the end they said it cant be repaired and the same thing is repaired from the below local shop in 30 minutes. Id suggest you go for some local repair shop instead.

Sometime they work good. Sometime they mess up. They opened a smartphone which I ask them not to repair, and later power button and battery connection were missing.

Yesterday i visited there receptionist was very non professional and the lab staff too.they can repair my phone but they said we will change its board and the charges was too much and there behave was so wrong.

I have infinix hot 6 pro smartphone. My mic was not working. My set is in warranty. I have visited carlcare center. They just give me reciept and after 2 days i recieved my phone. it cost me nothing. Its working good. Services are good too.
