Fresh stuffjust redeemed my careem points and got cappuccino and a doughnut

This place doesnt provide that much variety of donuts. Their careem app also doesnt work which provides free donuts, it was quite disappointing. Other than that their available donuts are amazing as always.

Yesterday I called the Civic Centre Bahria Phase 4 branch Rawalpindi on the landline and the branch confirmed to collect free Dunkin Donuts against my Careem points. But when I went there to collect the Donuts today, the same staff refused saying the link has been down for the last 15 days!What a lie and what a pathetic customer service. Even big companies take Pakistan for granted! I will escalate this matter!

They didnt accept Careem discount voucher.wasted my points.

Fresh donuts really good quality but just a bit too expensive.

I am Giving Dunkin’ Donuts the one in Pakistan Burial town. Not because of hygiene and looked very clean. But the lack of dollars.It was a waste of time going there.

The standard is not comparable to what they have maintained internationally. But still the donuts are better than those others are selling in the name of donuts.

My God.. worst experience ever.. ordered an omwich, fajita and tikka sandwich.. buns were 4-5 days old.. egg was undercooked.. watery and smelly.. fajita and tikkah sandwich both had tons of bbq sauce in it. Horrible taste.
