After a long time, tried kfc and it turned out very delicious and awesome. The zinger stacker burger was sooper hot and tasty.Last but not the least, the tea was fantastic

The 1 star is because of the customer service and the delay once you purchase the deal you have 2 slips one is for the customer and the other slip is for the staff seems like the staff is not getting slips for orders which they have to serve to there customers when I bought a delay the KFC rep was rudely saying that he didnt get the order slip from me which suppose to be provided by the KFC cashier it was a small order and it took them 25 minutes to prepare that. You should be give better service then this I will inform to the food authority to do a survey and I suggest the same to the KFC owner or branch Manager to look at the commercial branch.Because the other branches giving the best service but not the commercial branch.

I would request all of you to double check your take away order. I ordered extreme box. No Lettuce leave and no Mayonnaise. Just a piece of fried chicken inside burger bread. Highly disappointed.

There is a thing, tasty food will only gst you 2 stars if gou have a poor, unsatisfactory and fake service. The restaurant claims that it is being run by deff and mute. That is a total lie. Employees are worse at treating people that if there is an error in the order, you might think of leaving it be rather than having strange stares and angry faces because of you. I have visited the restaurant many times because I love the food but the service is always the same. Do something about it KFC!

Situated towards near Chandni Chowk Rawalpindi, and near the Commercial Market, this outlet of KFC offers 1 of the few branded food option. Environment is OK however Parking is an issue. This outlet employs special people as Staff.Ambiance is usual, may be due to situation which is at a rush area.

Worst!! I saw janitor picking up un used ketchup sachets and giving it back at the counter. Moreover, water ran out. It was really pathetic scene. Furthermore, they have terrible washroom with out of order flush/ I know your imagination will take you where I intend to.:-)

Their Zingaratha Was So Awful Like I Was Saying To Myself I Should Have Gone To Somewhere Else. Why? A bit rushy place in the working days and very difficult to get space for car parking. Though good seating arrangement and environment is pretty much good. I would recommend not to be here at official timings as it gets jam packed on the road and you could spend hours just sitting in the car.
