It was good day for me I am very happy visit this office staff behavior good specially guards thankful all of you.
Staff is cooperative but like all departments in Pakistan, tossing the customer from one person to another and concerned person is usually gone to offer fatiha. To get correction of 1500 Rs over bill, i ll have to spend Rs 1000 petrol. Still concerned person was not available.
They dont care about you. Lame excuses, very unprofessional staffIf you want that they solve your problem, you have to visit atleast, sorry you just have to visit again & againTip: dont pay bills for atleast 3 months then they send their team to cut off gass connection & you got a chance to tell your problem
Its a govt office, as expected you will be asked to run from pillar to post, nobody will give you clear directions on what to do and what next step is.
Service was below paar, location was too far and difficult for people to reach.

These ppl are worse than wapda employees, no courtesy for general public.
I had a worst experience at this place, staff is very unprofessional and they dont cater the complaints of customers timely instead they force them to visit frequently and if you are lucky they might resolve your issue after 4,5 months especially if you have issue regarding billing.
