One of the biggest tile and sanitary stores in Rawalpindi, they have a huge variety of Pakistani and Spanish tiles and bathroom accessories from Grohe, Master and Three Star. Rates are quite reasonable.When it comes to collection of tiles, its better to ask them to deliver though it would cost money. However, if you try to collect tiles and stuff in your own transport, they have two storage areas 25 km away from each other, one in T-Chowk and the other in I-9. You may have to collect one set of tiles from T-Chowk and the other from I-9 that could take half a day.

Shakeel corporation is a well known hardware store in Islamabad. Shakeel corporation is known for wide variety of floor tiles, bathroom fittings, kitchens and other fixed appliances. it was my first time visiting Shakeel corporation personally at their murree road showroom and I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the store. This store has multiple floors including basement and each floor is dedicated to a certain type of fixtures and hardware. Upon arrival we were escorted by a sales person who guided us throughout the store. I found our sales person very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had about appliances and tiles especially about the quality and the appropriate use of appliances in various kinds of construction.Tiles selection was extensive and very well arranged in stand-up racks with designs in a matching combination. Like most large retail stores in Pakistan store is jam packed with merchandise leaving little space to roam around. Store seems to have a well structured sales and payment system, I could see that there were number of office desks on which various executives were sitting taking orders and directing clients for payments.

The place is a heaven for times and all. But i dont like that if you want to buy an additional box of tiles they dont deliver it at there showroom, you have to pick it up from there wearhouse. Like we are buying it from you guys here then y should i go to your wearhouse for one box of tile.

Overall its a good show room for buying tilea of any size and any kind i.e., bathrooms tiles, floors tiles etc. Ome thing I felt is lacking, the variety of dark shaded tiles isnt sufficient for making a strong decision. Moreover, the prices of the tiles arent much higher, much lower, just reasonable.

I couldnt find a wide variety of floor tiles but a very good display for bathroom tiles. Staff is educated and well mannered. The only bad thing is items rates and discount policy, which is quite variable and creates bad sense. Quality of master products is superb though.

Nice stuff, there is load of variety for sanitary items. Please be sure about two things:-1- Make sure whatever you bought is being loaded from the warehouse.sometimes the tiles which you buy and what warehouse people load is entirely different. It happens often.2- Make sure about the sizes and measurements, its very hard to get anything replaced or returned once you bought from shakeel traders.

I bought several merchandise items from this store for my project. Their staff knew me perfectly well but when I had to return some unopened and unused item the manager at the time, Hassan, was rude to us. They made us do unnecessary runaround to return something his employee had the receipt for already. We had to drive for hours in this heat to make these redundant visits. You would expect some decency from such a big store but its infuriating to see his utter lack of respect toward paying customers. I wont be shopping from this place again. The owners of the establishment should pay attention to customer service if they want customers to stay loyal.
