Third class shop with everything third class. No satisfactory sitting area. Bugs all over. Cleanliness poor. Staff ill mannered. Owners weird. No discounts. Property ownership probably shared by Dr.Mubashar Riaz Sheikh.Rates very high.Highly Disapproved.

Absolutely pathetic, and thats an understatement. The word doesnt do justice with the service these guys provide. Totally unreliable.Weve had really bad experience with these guys decades back where they stitched the dresses in completely wrong size.The latest is that they ruined a bridal dress for a close relative. The color was wrong, beads coming off of the dress. Horrible!

Despite being measured for my wedding clothes, I was delivered shirwani, under suit, shoes and hat that were more suited for a 12 year old.Theyre well known for this, as this has happened to two more families we know who used them. If they built their reputation on quality then they no longer match that standard.Avoid like the plague
They have loads of samples (bridal and party wear) but most of them are out fashioned, hardly 40% of the samples are from current trend. High prices but quality is not excellent. Your bargaining skills work at the time of placing order.Delivery of dresses is not on time and you have to visit 2-3 times and wait at least 1-2 hours at each visit to get the finishing you want.Dresses are finally made good but not beyond expectations.

Had the worst experience with this place. Please spend your money wisely and stay clear of these fraudsters. We paid 760 pounds deposit and asked for 8 outfits in total for a wedding in the UK. They showed us thier own designs of outfits that they have apparently made themselves. We selected our outfits and paid the deposit. One week before the wedding the outfits were still not ready and he was supposed to be shipping them to us to the UK. On the 23rd of July he eventually sent us pictures of the outfits as we asked to see them before paying remaining balance of 1200 pounds. I have attached the picture below of the outfit he made versus what we selected he quoted us 300 pounds for this outfit. We told him the outfit is completely different and so are the colours. He tried to reassure us that it was camera quality and lighting that was making it look different. But we obviously knew the truth as we could see it. We asked for a refund of 760 which he refused outright. Now we have lost 760 pounds and have no outfits for the wedding. Worst experience ever. Please do not trust these people and save your money!!

Overpriced, poor customer service, and rude/arrogant. Quality of overall service is subpar. I will spend the same amount of money at a reliable designer and sleep peacefully at night. Don’t waste your money especially if you’re overseas.
Unique design dresses no doubt but their setup is not well furnished.
It was worst experience to order them my wedding dresses. They had not only delayed the order but also did substandard work as compared to the 1 they showed us. Their rates were also much high as compared to others nearby. I really regret going their n trusting them. I strongly recommend donot select this place for ur special occasion

Havent had a good experience, since you expect them to be professional for premium they charge. One of the staff senior staff member tried justifying wrong stitching and until seen by another personnel who at once recognized the fault

Poor service. This is my second experience with them. They never give back ordered items on time. Had to visit them three times to get my ring back. Last time they gave me a delivery time. I stood infront of the stop for 45 minutes while the shop was still closed. This was my last business with them. I am done.
