A good and decent place in the market. Converted house is utilized for commercial venture, gives a decent arrangement for families to visit with easy instead of going in a typical crowd with no parking.Business is looked after by the male family members, so you always get a respectful response during visits.Two separate portions are present inside with one caters for Gold and Diamond while other handles the artificial stuff.Another added setup is the beauty parlour which is also located inside the compound.Prices are a bit high but depends upon the designs and innovation attempted in the jewelry.Overall a good experience.

Rude, unprofessional attitude with lack of commitment, miss deadlines, failure to follow design guideline, sell fake stones through third party.Failed to deliver product on time, stopped taking my calls, then gave someone elses order to me to make up for it (with not the original stone I demanded) and when I realized the fraud, they started blaming me. Salman guy in particular is liar and aggressive. After seeing now way out, they finally gave me my money back at least, after multiple visits.Update: I was contacted by the owner. I was surprised to know that the Salman guy I met on shop, claiming to be the owner was not the owner. The actual owner proved to be a wonderful guy. He told me he was away from shop due to genuine domestic commitment for a few months. He assured me this wont happen again to any of the customers. I am planning to make a purchase from shop soon again.
