My experience would have not been worse,the owner was more than just ill-manered ...I bought a book the previous evening for my son and when i complained the other day that he had sold me an old book despite the fact that the worker had admitted his mistake he argued half an hour....instead of being polite with a female customer...he started to shout out of embarrassment...his tone and language with my husband was pathetic who dropped the book and the money in the shop...and left.The remaining customers and workers were trying to counsel him for his aggressive attitude with a woman.It was all about values and morals......another friend of mine had narrated a similar experience in which these fraudulent people had sold another old book....how illiterate.. being an overseas Pakistani I never expected an attitude like this.

Once I went there to buy a book. After standing there for 10 minutes shopkeeper attended me and ask me to go downstairs in their store, your book is there. When I went there, their store shopkeeper also wastes my time almost 10-15 (busy in a phone call) and when free and told me they dont have this book. I went upstairs and complaint. Those guys on upper store shouted on me and said NHI HA TO NHI HA HUMEN KYA PTA KONSI BOOK HA AUR KONSI NI. JAB NHI HA TO AP CHUP CHAP CHALE GAO and while saying this they were laughing.
