I saw many times the drivers on strike and the office staff don’t have respect for there own people and I not recommend to anyone .

Highly non professional attitude of customer service representatives. Highly disappointed on this non professional approach. I am sure few of these captains are going to ruin your company’s reputation in no time as you have given them authority to mis-use the system and you in turn provide them protection by not helping the customers with their complaints and also by not sharing contact details. And also advising the customers to settle matters for themselves

Continuously 5 days I was going in shamsabad office because I want to registered my new car with careem but office staff is given me a positive response last time today I was going in 2:30 o clock I ask plz tell me what is the problam why my car is not to going on He was tell me.sir after 3 hours your car going to online but totely time pass sitting in this office.I hate this office staff

Number is not responding which is given in website, how can we talk to careem help line atleast give some valid information

They have 8 to 10 counters but mostly operational are 3 to 4 desks and these four counters are proceed very slowly and unprofessionally so thats why maximum any query take a bundle of hours.

Careem the best online public trasport service include cars bikes loader and ViP Cars all over pakistan.

I am a victim of Careem app package scam. I bought a package worth Rs. 2100. The amount was deducted from my bank account but package was not subscribed. Dont add your credit / debit card in Careem app and never buy a package. And they dont have a customer service helpline, even nobody bothers to read or respond online complaints or emails.
