Bathroom were cleaned. Toiletries not filled properly. Room needs a little maintenance as there were spider webs. Services were great. Got a complimentary breakfast.

Family stayed a week ago and had to check out after one night. The hotel location is isolated and approach road is dark after evenings. Its next to Soan adda (public transport). The hotel smelled when entered. Services like meals and others were not managed on time - despite low occupancy. Rooms were nicely maintained but lack ventilation.

Conveniently located just off GT road near Bahria and DHA, friendly staff.

Hotel ambience is great but service is not good they didnt reserved room even thought we told them over the phone but lucky there was an empty room available upon arrival. In morning we order breakfast which they forgot to bring then we had to call them again to remind them

Its a good place, but it is far from city and airport nearby no markets in peak hours to much rush, they are providing good service and friendly staff.and they are very helpful .

Hotel Grand Arena is a Great Place to stay with Exceptional Services. Overall Environment was so good, staff was really helpful, completely best for families. Management was too good, food quality was superb. Rates are comparatively good and best place to stay in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Highly Recommended.

Poor service. Rooms in basement which smell bad. One side rooms have view of the kitchen etc. and all the noises made by staff disturb the guests. Dishes not clean. Wifi signals do not reach the room.
