Most appalling customer service ever experienced.Visited on 13/10/19. Came in, went to counter which was over crowded so decided to take a seat. Sat down for 10 minutes no sign of anyone coming over. Went over to the counter inside to place an order the guy stated that someone will come take your order as theres 3 of them outside. 1 of which was seating having a smoke and no sign of the other 2. Anyhow took a seat, placed the order for shisha and drinks the guy who took the order was very reasonable and accomodating for sure but after placing the order had waited 35 mins and nothing. Had to find a waiter who said he will go and get the shisha himself.... 10 nins later still nothing at this stage we walked out. What we found amusing was a group of 6 lads who arrived after got their shisha and a group of 2 also got theirs. Having travelled a damn long way this PLACE IS A TOTAL LET DOWN. Theres no sucha thing as customer service. Absolutely fuming once we had left. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Sheesha is good but service is terrible. They take about half an hour to prepare the sheesha. Theyve recently started a BBQ area which is decent.

Shisha is really good in affordable price plus ambience is good , open place for shisha remind me of all days :)

It was awsome

Bill is expensive than expected... They told shisha is of 800 and drink 110...but when billing they said Pan-Mint was expensive and this that.. Final bill was 1100 which should be 910....But I handed over 100rs.
