Visited bank for biometric verification to dwnload my abl app. I was tod that my ID card expiry date is not matching with Nadra ID card record held with bank.I got back to nadra help line which confimed that as per nadra record expiry date is correct. The record held with bank is outdated and needs update. This is the state of affair of this bank.Moreover due to shortage of staff I wasted about 45 minute for this simple task which otherwise could not be completed due to their outdated nadra record of the clients. Amazingly the screen display shows that they have two teams to help clients.
Try withdrawing from their ATM. After giving error ATM didnt returned my Atm card.Now I have to go there again.
I used their services a lot. I have found them quite efficient and helpful.
