This place is hit or miss. When its good its well worth the money. When its not good its way over priced. Lately there seems to be a lot of drop off now that the nakhra factor has been achieved. We have stopped purchasing from here because odds are, nowadays at least, that you will be better off buying the same thing from the bakeries which charge half the price which dont have as much it factor right now. Three stars for the memories.

Its an average bakery where all famous items are found but they dont have authentic recepies. They call dinner rolls as croissants. Any kind of chocolate cake doesnt have the real chocolate flavour, the sponge over soaked to a degree of mush in the middle and no flavour of kitkat if its a kitkat cake. Even the kitkat used is fake and stale. Awful cakes! They taste of cheap quality cream.

Everything is fresh and taste is right at par with any decent bakery.

Had worst customer service experiences of my life today. On complaint of a cake (bought day before yesterday, kept refrigerated since then) they not only denied my claim but also tried to shut me up forcefully and I had to leave after exchange of harsh words.(While leaving their premises I saw another customer entering the bakery with a 4lb custom made cake, on inquiry it was revealed that they found a hair in their cake).

Their cakes, biscuits and other products are pretty decent in quality...... And most importantly prices are also reasonable...... Like 3 pounds cake was for just Rs. 1,300/-.

I really appreciates for taste and quality. 2 things wants notice of owner. 1 salesmens are illiterate and they behave non professionally. 2nd thing : counter man is always busy with his cell phone, rude and proudly deal with customer I have Never ever saw some smiley face on counter.. who can say thank for your visit or shopping sir/maam etc
