This is the most terrible place. two years ago I bought something from there. they asked me for my phone number while paying the bill. Since that day I am receiving two or three messages daily from them. I asked them not to send me those msgs, but they are so unprofessional that they keep sending the msgs.Please NEVER share your number with these sub-standard vendors, they follow No Ethical code at all.

A good addition for rich people... Rates are on higher side... But quality stuff is available...

Pathetic customer service, no guidance and did not return purchased item just after buying even it was there fault and gave us the wrong product....HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

On 21 Oct 2020 at about 1 30 pm I bought a few articles and when I reached home noticed Rs 80 added to my bill for the shopping bag. I think it is plain DISHONESTY as neither the cashier nor the sales girl asked me if I needed a paid bag. This is not about a few rupees.....its about the brand name that they r damaging. I ll never buy anything from this store again. Pathetic.

It is a good baby shop. Baby clothes, toys, cots and other baby related things are available. Their rates are high. It is not for middle class.

Zubaidas have a big name. Went to Bahria town rawalpindi phase 8 branch. The hoarding said flat 40%, but when went inside, most of the items were 20%. After purchasing we came to know that price tags displayed were without tax, and 17% tax was included when billing. So actual discount we got was 3%. Thanks God we did not buy baby high chair (dining ) as after 40% discount it was for almost 20,000 and we bought better than it from Bilal store, China market for Rs 7500.

Frequent customer of this store, reasonable prices most of the time, also good quality. Better to buy stuff when there is ongoing sale as children readily outgrow their clothes.

My experience of this branch was total loss. I bought a chest paid for delivery and waited two days. Called serval times with bogus answers When I went to find out what happened. They told me they sold the chest that was mine to another party and they had taken it home that day. So they were waiting for another one that was going to take 4 weeks to come from Karachi. Not how you do business. If I could give negative points this place is a winner.

A bit expensive but very much convenient to find all the stuff you need for your baby under one roof. You can order online as well.

Good variety of children clothes and accessories related to child early days

Great place for imported baby products in Pakistan. Prices are high but that is the same everywhere in Pakistan with imported products. Great discounts during their sale/baby fair.

Zero after sales services they charge you more than double for a product giving fake warranties and sureties. I have done a shopping worth 2 to 3 lac for my baby and they have given me a faulty products that does work more than a week & when you ask them they keep lingering on. Now after asking them for weeks I am filing a suit against there fraudulent & unfair trade practices. Not recommended at all.

May be due to its location,the place is quite expensive even in comparison with its other outlets. Most of the items are overpriced for no reason. The staff though is cooperative & friendly.

Its over priced, even when items are on sale. Same products are available at Greenvalley and their outlet in saddar at economical rate
