A very good shop from where you can buy the parts of bike like 70 cc , 125 . Their is rate are almost near to wholesale . So u must visit their shop

So, i visited this outlet of Yamaha 3s by searching through Google Maps on 18-08-2020. I wanted to have a detailed service for my YBR 125G, that included oil change, air filter change and front brake lever change, as my bike fell on the right side and the lever was slightly bent. I didnt know the old guys are the shop owners until they started making me sit in the waiting area while their staff was doing service to my bike. When all was done, i was not happy and there i thought of looking for previous reviews about this outlet and i think their reviews and my 2 stars are justified.Heres how:I noticed in each review the owner keeps asking for proof and for specific issue so heres attached image of the receipt i got from them:Brake Lever : 400Engine Oil: 580Filter: 500Labour/Service: 470Total: 1950/-PKRI think i have been in the market long enough that i know the prices of each part mentioned above, and the public knows too. I let you be the judge, to decide if they are worth visiting or not.Heres more to add to my experience:I asked the staff to see if the brake lever could be repaired by using a mallet, and he was reluctant to do it so i requested him to replace it with a new one. As soon as he went to the boss, the old boss came outside with a lever in his hand and he did a spoof from his mouth into the lever, as if something is not new, and youre trying to make it look new and cleaned it with his kameez. i asked later if the lever was new and he said yes NEW and GENUINE.I wonder if now the genuine spare parts comes open without any packaging and any stamp/sticker part number on the packaging?The air filter they used was also not genuine because the packaging it was inside, was a simple polythene without any companys logo, sticker or stamp or part number.I asked the owner, and he said yes it is genuine. Everything comes genuine.I think he was mistaken for his white hairs with my fathers and my experience in the market.So, the parts are not genuine i can say for sure. Overpriced too, even if they are Chinese copies. I dont mind buying Chinese copies in spare parts, but then your prices shall not be higher than other dealers.Lastly, the service was average. Not above average. The staff fixed my bike and the brakes were loose so he tightened them. After service, they didnt perform the test run and handed over the bike to me.It was pouring rain outside so i rushed back home. But on my way i noticed that the brakes are not tightened correctly and perhaps the back Tyre was loose, whenever i apply the brakes, the lower brake especially makes a squeaking sound. And now i have to visit another shop to rectify the fault. Definitely will not visit this outlet again.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour by the staff. As my bike was in a poor shape, their response towards the issue was extremely disappointing. Alot of unnecessary and overpriced things were added in the bill. Their way of speaking was extremely rude and ill-mannered. Im truly disappointed with their costumer service. If you want visit it for oil change, Ill recommend this place but if you want to give your bike a new fresh look, this place is the last place you want to visit. Theyre just taking advantage of their monopoly, and show their real face when it comes to paying the bill.

Way too expensive in terms of spare parts and service. Also the staff is very rude. They ask 50-100 rs just to adjust the chain of YBR. Not recommended at all for maintenance of your bike.

Worst Behaviour of Owner and his team. Highly priced china spare parts. Do not buy anything from this store. He is a LIAR and Firoun. Very worst experience from here I had YBR esd.

The charges are too high. I bought an air filter from there as it was not available on Iqra Autos and other shops. So he charged extra deliberately just because it was only available on his shop

The old guys who probably owns the franchise are frauds.. i went there multiple times to get motorcycle fixed and every time they made sure that I spend at least 10,000 rupees! It cost less to get my bike fixed in Islamabad then at Rawalpindi Yamahas official repair shop! Not recommended
