Great People to Deal With.

Worst bank with worst ATM. It deducted Rs 20,000 from my account and no money came out of the atm. And now my bank says it would take 7 days for money to get returned. Shame

MCN offers competitive services for clients but there are alternatives too.

This Ramzan 29 May 2019 the tellers slowed down their pace to 6-7 minutes per token. There were a large number of welfare recipients mixed in with regular customers.The Branch Manager played this dirty game probably to make the welfare recipients go away as they were withdrawing money.Of the 3 tellers only one was calling up token numbers every 5-6 minutes, the other 2 tellers were dragging it to 15 minutes per person.Even senior citizens with walking sticks were not spared.Sadly MCB is not a reliable bank or organization.
