Worse service ever. Unprofessional staff as well as the manager. Manager neither provides any services nor does she entertain any complaints. Staff keeps telling you to go see someone else instead of guiding the client.

The worst HBL branch I’ve ever been to. Discourteous staff, very slow service, dingy place from inside, the only good thing is the ample parking outside, which is because of DHA/Bahria.

ATM closure is often closed without any information pasted on the front door.

Bad service. Slow computers. Took ~an hour wait and a long time with a slow computer to do a 5 minute job. AND they charge 430 rupees per deposit?! UNBELIEVABLE! STAY AWAY!
