They dont even deserve one star. Worst customer service I have ever seen in any private bank. Bank staff is very unprofessional. I complained to operation manager about the mismanagement in the bank, but his response was hilarious. He was beating around the bush instead of taking constructive feedback.

Very slow staff and also system, waited for an hour just for cash deposit, system was not working and officials were feel relexed. No one window operation. Very bad experience.

Although, this branch capacity is low, however, their performance is good. The staff is cooperative and most of the times the ATM works.
