Decent facilities, friendly helpful staff, clean and tastefully decorated rooms with room for movement. Clean new bathrooms. Tea makers and AC/Heater. Carpeted floor. However the cable tv reception is poor. Food is ok. All in a all a decent experience. Room rent is ok and worth the price. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Washroom style is pathetic and there are no slippers too. And lighting in rooms is too dim. Wi-Fi service is also very bad like in some rooms there is service but in some rooms there are no signals. I suggest you to install routers for each floor.

I was a visitor in pindi, saw the board of arabian mandi while passing by. Came all the way back for it but they said that they are finished with mandi, at around 8.30 or 9. Quite disappointed and felt strange.

Excellent Hotel even better than PC. Hotel Staff behave is unsatisfactory. During stay Today I visited reception for press of cloths and breakfast but they informed that both services will be provided after 8 or 8:30 AM which is alarming. I strongly recommend Hotel owner to improve such services before old costumers switch other place.

Very poor service, pathetic environment. kitchen is located right next to the toilets. Toilet area was dirty and not tidy. service staff was not very efficient and welcoming. food was poor too.Lift was stopped in the middle and all people were stuck in for 15 to 20 minutes, eventually they were evacuated through emergency exit. there were kids and elderly people in there stuck for 20 minutes, elderly people nearly had heart attack. dont recommend this place. wish could give zero star.

The rooms are neat and cosy, and the bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. Most importantly the staff is very polite, helpful & cooperative. Definitely a 5 star experience

Hotel is good. Room was big enough and furnishing was nice. But cleanliness is a big issue here. The family room we got was not properly made up. It had lot of mosquitoes inside. Bed sheet had some hair on it. Fridge was extremely dirty. Washroom was too much smelly when we checked in. No hot water and shower pressure was very less. Breakfast was so so and not restocked quickly. Hotel gives a dirty look overall. And it seems understaffed. If they maintain cleanliness and increase their staff then this hotel will become very good for a comfortable stay

Dont take the elevator....never.....you will be trapped.It is faulty and substandard.I along with dulah (groom) were trapped in faulty lift right on marriage day. It was celebration day turned into a disaster had we not been helped by our family members waiting out. Thank God.There is no rescue staff /technical person to handle such situation or rectify the fault. It was highly terrible experience. No communication with outside world. Lastly we were pulled out from midway halted elevator between 2nd & 3rd floor in an awkward manner, risking life of passengers.

Pathetic Mandhi . Zero taste +Mutton was half baked.Also the quality of the rice was very low. Appearance and the taste just like a simple Chota ghost palau..Never recomended save your time and money.Sorry I mention beef .it was mutton.What so ever. When we went to this hotel at day its was too good but when we were sleeping we saw to mouse one on side of washroom and one in cup i prefer dont go to this hotel ever it is harmful for kids plz

One of the good facilities on Rawalpindi. Mostly clean and modern furnishings. Food options also available. But service can be a issue at times, as per the guests who stayed here recently.

Above average overall, staff very helpful. Internet and rooms maintenance need to be improved.

We were there on a weekly night but still it was deserted and there even was noone from staff present. We had to return after waiting for few minutes. Quite disappointing and surprising.

The dark ambiance maybe a thing for some but it’s certainly a thing that should be an option. Not everyone wishes to stay in a dark room when even the windows don’t let in enough light! Slow room service and hot water available ages after its need!

Location is the best feature of this hotel besides the employees. Kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Property is newly built..

Hotel rooms are clean and state of the art. Air conditioning is good in winter too. View from hotel is magnificent. Everything is good. I can,t comment about the restaurant in all, although i eat a breakfast i was good. Their checkout timing is 12 PM.There is no privacy issue. We have been charged 4000 Rs per night.

Bed is not clean(Many heirs of other guests), Wi-fi is very weak, shower is not available. How to find good points?

Good & easy location spacious rooms hired 7 rooms for one night personally stayed with family in room# 107 good air conditioning .very bad wash room shower , ceiling fan not working water drainage chocked one phase of power not working . There for no T.v working

Actually its 3 star hotel. We stayed in the suit but still it wasnt as comfortable as our should be, paying 50 euros per night you can get 4 star hotel anywhere in Europe. Wouldnt recommend you if you are looking for comfort and privacy.

The hotel is clean and well furnished but not mantained as showers are not working properly even the water is filled with dirt .I checked in here in eid and there was no staff to entertain the guests with proper services .A bad experience....

A place without people / guest. Three people are there, a guard, a receptionist, a restaurant cashier. Its like a bhoot bangla. Empty all over.

Water(Dasani) which was there at mini bar was also unhealthy .6. Staff is too lazy and unprofessionalIn short i regret my stay at this hotel as except furnished rooms you wont find anything of quality there
